Veggie In — Restaurant in Augusta

I have been exploring healthier food options and found this place on Google. My first experience here was very nice, quick and efficient. I went on a Saturday and I got the Buffalo Chick-less Sandwich with the sweet potato tots and it was tasty. I also got a Berry-Licious smoothie and it was very refreshing.

I went back 3 days later & my second experience here was okay. We tried the Chick-less Chicken Nuggets and Berry-Licious smoothie. The food was good as always. However, after receiving my food I was told the kids meal nugget count is incorrect on the menu (should be 4ct. but menu says 6) but I was told they would give them to me 'anyway'.

This is not something that the customer is responsible for. I would recommend resolving the issue on a business level. Maybe put the correct portion size on the menu even if it is just something temporary. The food is tasty but I was just not a fan of how that situation went about. Maybe it was her tone and approach..she said it in a way as if she was doing me a favor when I simply ordered what was advertised so I probably would not return after that and will explore...

BUYERS BEWARE! THE OWNER IS RUDE AND BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! OWNER ORDERING SYSTEM IS NOT UP TO PAR CAUSING SOMEONE TO CALL IN AND FINISH PLACING THE ORDER! IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT AND WASTE THEN DEFINITELY YOU CAN GO HERE! THRY RVEN HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS THIS ISNT FAST FOOD DONT EXPECT IT TO BE FAST! RUDE! BUT YOU EXPECT PROPLE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR! HIRE MORE HELP!

SHE WAS THEN ASKED IT WAS ONION RINGS RIGHT? WHY WOUOD YOU ASK HER! THE ORDER WAS PLACED WITH YOU PRIOR! SHE WAS ONLY AGREEING WITH THAT YOU SAID! The is my first time going to this establishment. I am new to Augusta and for me to find such a wonderful plant based spot is excellent. The atmosphere in there is great , it’s just a good vibe. Listening to positive affirmations over the speaker the friendly faces and smiles and the customer service is A one. The food was over the moon , I ordered a veggie burger , a mango bliss smoothie and an order of cauliflower buffalo wings. with a side of fries it was season to perfection . Everything was so goooooooooodddddd y’all my body felt the glow . Then my coworker ordered her a burger and side of fries okra’s baby when I tell the fried okra’s is everything.
