Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Augusta

Absolutely the worst Zaxbys I ever been to in my life!!!!! This place is a complete joke and so is the so called management team. I order a salad and asked for my tenders to be cooked fresh and I waited for over 20mins for a poorly made thrown together salad. To make matters worse the tenders were cold and undercooked. I called and spoke with Randy and he apologized and asked if I had a receipt I said no I told the cashier to toss it and he said ok well I’ll replace it now mind you I payed with a debit card which clearly shows the amount charged on my transaction list. Like who keeps a receipt from a fast food restaurant???!!! Fast forward to a few days later I call in to speak with the manager who told me she’ll replace my order now when we get there it’s do you have a receipt?? I’m like we just talked and you know I told you I threw it away but when I asked for the District Manager number I was told she is out of town and no other information will be given. Now what would have been the customer service thing to do was take my number and call or text Randy and get clarification from him but again he declined to do that but I am absolutely done eating at Zaxbys and I will get the District managers number to make them...

Placed my order for 'dine in'. When I received it, it was in a to-go bag.

There was only 2 napkins. There was only 2 packs of ketchup. There was NO fork.

In the lobby, the ice machine for self serve drinks was Out of Order, but no signage.

Three tables were covered with old Zaxby signs.

There is NO napkin dispenser in the lobby.

The tables are NOT cleaned after customer usage.

The food was good, and what I ordered...but all the other negatives have me give the one star rating

4/17/2023 - it has been since my last review that I have been to this Zaxbys, and now I recall why. The cashier was rude. She never greeted me. Barely looked up while I made my order. Was wearing a blue jean jacket. She clearly didn't want to he at work. She should never have been the 'face' of the store. Again, the ice machine was not working, with no note saying so. No ketchup....I know right, and when I asked for extra sauce to make up for their outage, told I could purchase it. Who runs out of ketchup? BTW, I was there at 11:30am, which means they ran out the day before. The food was good & I feel i got value for the price, but the rude staff will...

I waited in line for over twenty minutes despite only two cars being in front of me. Once I was able to order, I mentioned that I had two separate orders. The first one had six meals while the last only had one meal. After I was able to pull up to the window (took me over 5 minutes to successfully order... on top of waiting 20 minutes to even get to the order screen..?), the lady at the window had it cracked and I heard her say “Oh my GOD! All this food. Why not order them together?” with a huge attitude and was very loud about it. And she just kept going on... I told her that she can keep the food and that I was going to a different Zaxby’s. It’s close to a 20 minute drive, but I’d rather not ever go to this location again.
