This was probably the very WORST service I have EVER received in my life. I gave it one star because it was open for business (though my co-workers and I cannot figure out why.)
The customers who had ordered were already forming a long line waiting for their food. Not because there were too many coming in for the staff to serve. It was due to the staff moving so very slow and unconcerned.
From the time we got in line (about four customers were ahead of us waiting to order) till the time we got to order fifteen or more minutes had passed. After we ordered we had to ask for our drink cups. The lady doing the fries seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. The cashier might have wanted to go with her. At least her attitude indicated that.
I don't know how they expect to stay in business with such a negative, uncaring, despondent attitude.
I wouldn't go there again unless they paid me a fortune. Then I would have to think about...

Just about every time I go to this location there's an issue. My favorite sofa(s) are strawberry, cherry, or watermelon of any brand. I ordered my meals and requested a Strawberry Fanta. First, she said that they didn't have it. I called her on that lie. Finally, she said it's in the lobby and I don't feel like walking out there and getting it. Listen Burger King, I know there's a labor shortage. But, with employees like her you'll be short a location as well. The employees have a take it or leave attitude. While I don't normally patronize Burger Kings, the quality of their breakfast food is usually pretty solid. Sandwiches served hot and fresh when I order them. I almost always get the Croissanwich, but they serve their food quickly (and specifically in the drive thru lane), I'm always served my food within a few minutes. I've even been in a line of 4 to 5 cars, and gotten my order and food within 7 minutes from drive in to payment.
