( update, I was provided with a 100 dollar gift certificate to compensate for the misunderstanding. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was super friendly and I appreciate the free cleaning and resizing they offered. I originally believed that the agreed upon price was 1700 and than the gift card of a $100 applied would make it $1,600. Not the $1,799. I will be returning to make a future purchases as the quality of their jeweler is very nice as well their customer service). I purchased a ring for what I thought to be $1,600 and used the acima credit option. They told me it would not be extra if using that purchase option. When I started the plan a week after ( instructed by the jewelers) I was apparently late on my first payment and given a extra fee. I asked acima how much the ring was and they said $1,799! I ended up paying $2,100 in total for what I thought to be a 1,600 dollar purchase. They inputed the full sales price on which we did not agree on. Only reason for three stars is because my pops really likes the ring. I’m not saying don’t do business here but simply double check they put the price ORIGINALLY agreed upon by buyer and seller. The staff really went above and beyond to help me purchase a gift and make it extra special. They were very attentive and gave me great options to choose from. They were so thoughtful about all the little details from the choice of a card and envelope for a personalized message down to the color and style of wrapping paper to surprise loved ones.
