Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Welp I'm not a fan of outsourced service. I ordered and I asked for a sub but without cooking the bread. She stated I'm going to tell the store directly. That's how I knew. The sub came extremely toasted. I also ordered garlic sauce and the delivery driver brought ranch. I wouldn't complain about the sauce if they didn't charge for them since I bought 10 dollars worth of sauce I'd expect they get it right, and that was on the actual store. It says garlic on the receipt. I normally like Domino's but I'm starting to dislike the way they do business. I would much rather call my local store to put in an order to reduce errors. I have had it wit Dumbinos I ordered a pizza, 3 sandwiches, and an order of parmesan knots and when I received my confirmation text to check in and pick up my order I had to wait inside because they could not find my order that was on the shelf so I had to wait for an extra 10 minutes finally I was given my food after I pointed out that it was there and after I got home the pizza was cut all wrong I had 3baby slices with some very big slices, the sandwiches had physically no meat and I sent a message and never heard back from them. I placed an online order several days in advance of my daughters 5th birthday party and received a confirmation email for my order. On the day of my daughters party, I arrived 5 minutes after the previously scheduled pickup time and was told that they had "voided my order". There was no explanation of why my order was voided, and I received no communications stating my order had been voided. To resolve the issue I placed an order with another pizza place closer to my daughters birthday venue, but we were made significantly later than planned to a very special day by this Domino's location's ineptitude.
