Just left this location the most horrible ratchet service ever. The âshift leaderâ was training a young kid that just started so as he attempted to take my order over the drive through when I asked if the 1.99 special for lattes included applied today, she interrupted to explain that the special was for today. I started to place our order and again she came on the intercom because I was ordering a mixture of two flavors for my coffee as I didnt already know... She used the words sweetie, baby, honey, as of I were incompetent and didnt know how to order a latte. Before pulling to the window the young male worker asked if we wanted a large for the same price... Same price? Heck yeah upgrade me. I pulled to the window and paid $2.13....guess what they handed me 2 iced coffees. I said Umm no excuse me we ordered iced lattes...very loud and unprofessional here comes the shift leader slamming her hands on the counter telling me what I just ordered. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she continued to tell me I was wrong and that I ordered iced coffees. We went back and forth for about 5 mins and I calmly told her if she wasn't so busy trying to be louder than the customer and so worried about proving me wrong she probably would've gotten my order right. She screamed I'm refusing service and slammed the drive thru window. Of course I stayed there because I just paid you. either give me my coffee or give me my money. A simple mix up couldve been resolved had this lady been trained on customer service. I was given my money back and I asked for the managers name she then said if you don't leave I'm calling the cops... ARE YOU SERIOUS? LOL i was at a complete loss it made no sense Why was she so mad because she got my order wrong? The kid jumped in and of course had his trainers back but that's expected. I figured ally got the managers name... We'll see when I call tomorrow...
   Read moreWorst location ever..... Hello management and corporate. Your employees at this location suck. Every order I've made thru doirdash is wrong. How difficult is it to read and fulfill an order correctly. Here's my experience from multiple orders. Ordered a $7 cappuccino got a large cut of steamed milk....really Ordered coffee with cream and sugar got hot chocolate- funny thing is the sticker on the cup was for coffee the way I ordered it.....seriously you're a coffee and donut shop. Ordered 2 muffins, 1/2 dozen donuts, breakfast sandwich, iced coffee and hot coffee. I received the coffees and breakfast sandwich. The sticker on the bag had my entire order on it but I got 25% of it.....absolutely unacceptable. Management you need to really take a good hard look at who you are hiring to work there. Your employees inability to get orders right can and will destroy your business...customer orders should be accurate more often then not. Or how bout this get rid of the hourly rate and pay them on commission only this will force employees to do things accurately, not be argumentative with customers when they mess up orders. They get paid on a per order basis that they fulfill, correctly in its entirety there are no consequences for their mistakes which is why it continues to consistently happen. Start holding the employees accountable for it and not the customers, money hurts when it's taken away. How bout they pay the charge if they mess up the order and the customer gets a refund. Pretty sure money being taken away from them would be a huge motivator to oh IDK use your brain and...
   Read moreThis specific location messes up my orders regularly. I ask for my receipt a lot and sometimes they won't give it to me? They I point our the error and I'm given attitude and told I never asked for that item or part. Example today I asked for 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. Just egg and cheese. I got 2 sausage ones and was charged for that. I really hate sausage. It's the 3rd time in a row they did it. I went to tell then I just asked for egg and cheese and the staff started to argue and slam things. Same with drinks. Last time I went I asked for a regular iced latte in medium. They charged me for a large signature latte and argued with me over the order even though I had proof I didn't ask for that at all. I ended up drinking it anyway because I was annoyed.
I feel like I'm a Karen for being upset, but I'm tired of every order i ever have being wrong in some way. Wrong food. Wrong drink, missing items, wrong flavors. It's always wrong and I don't know what more i can do to nicely correct the staff without then glaring at...
