Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Stopped at this location this morning (09/01/23) to order morning coffee & a breakfast wrap. I know mornings at ALL Starbucks are the busiest & all employees were very kind, I ordered instore pickup because I knew the line would be long. As I step in to the store I am greeted by the employees and about, without exaggeration, 20 FLIES if not more flying ALL over the store landing on counters, drinks, food, customer's heads! I would not be surprised if a customer walked away with a fly in their drink. WHAT is this Starbucks?! I have not EVER been to a restaurant with so many flies ESPECIALLY not Starbucks. I understand one maybe two may sneak in, but 20?! C'mon! Is the dumpster right by the order window?  This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATLY!! This is the first and LAST time I am stopping at this location.

It depends who is at the window who will dictate a good or bad customer experience. A man that works the window is very rude. It seems like he really dislikes working in customer service. Does not say a word when pulling up to the window and tonight I asked politely if I could have everything in a cup holder when it came out. The employee proceeds to hand me the cup holder and my drink so that I can place the drink in the holder myself. Terrible customer service and this is every time I encounter this individual he always seems over it. The only reason I am providing 3 stars is because most of the employees are...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If we could give 6 stars, we would! 🌟 Michele is hands-down the friendliest, most upbeat barista we’ve ever met—and we’ve been to a lot of Starbucks (we might have a problem ☕😂).

Not only does she make a perfect drink every time, she actually remembers us (which is impressive considering how many people come through). That kind of personal touch is rare these days.

Her energy is contagious, her service is top-notch, and honestly—this location feels like a neighborhood café because of her. 🙌💚
