Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I placed an online order for pick up at 545 pm. I arrived to pick up my pizza at 6:07 pm. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting. I was NOT acknowledged at all when I entered. The manager or Savanah did not say anything to me until 25- 30 minutes of me standing there. I signed my receipt, and that was the end of our interaction. 10 more minutes passed, and I asked the status of my order. She said, waiting on your wings. I was confused! I didn't order wings. I ordered two pizzas and chicken alfredo.so, when I got my food it was 7:00 pm. Unacceptable!! I almost waited an hour on an orderer that was ready in 20 minutes and saying, ready online!" My pizza was in the warmer for such a long time it was dried out and barely warm when I got home....

I was very annoyed with my experience.I placed my order before leaving from work around 4:15pm for it to be ready at 5:15pm. Got to this location around 5:16pm waited for the employee to help me at the register. I gave her my name and she told me that my order was in the oven and that it would be out in a couple of minutes. I saw they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting. About 30-35 minutes pass and nothing. A young man comes in to work and asks me if I’ve been helped and I said yes I have been waiting for my order. He goes to double check and it was in the hot holder the ENTIRE TIME! She didn’t even tell me it was ready she didn’t check the hot holder. I was waiting for 30 minutes...

Today’s choice for the holiday was pizza. So that left the decision of going to Pizza Hut. Pam helped me out with my order since I was having problems with the website. And let me tell you. She was just the sweetest person ever! From the time that I walked in the door. She greeted me with a big smile! After a long day at work today. Pam has truly made my day so much worth it. This is what us customers expect when we come to spend money. Good food. Good customer service. And just a friendly face and smile. Thanks for the great service Pam. I will definitely be back!
