#1 In April you advertised that customers received $3.00 for picking up their own pizza. We ordered, went to pick up our order and was told you do not offer that deal. NOWHERE is it advertised that this deal is for participating stores only. #2 Today, June 7th at 5 p.m.;we tried again after watching your advertisement for 50% off from June 6 to June 12. The snarky young lady taking phone orders said "you must download/print the coupons before ordering" NOWHERE is this in your ad on TV.' Then the nasty lady commented to my son that "she has a job and can read instructions" How insulting. She needs a job where she is not near customers either in person or via phone.

Needless to day we will take our orders elsewhere where you get what is advertised. My son owns his own business here in town and we will certainly be telling all friends and neighbors NOT to order from you. I will also contact headuqarters to let them know what a helpful...

Very chaotic, and it seemed to be somewhat organized until it wasn't. Was in town running errands and decided to do an online order because we were about 10 to 15 minutes away which was about perfect 👌 Well we get there a few minutes early so we watch the timer on the app and with a few minutes to go i walked in to pay and pick up the pizza the young lady says it will be just a minute. Then I hear her ask about the counter order and what I guess was the manager said oh it's on a remake so I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes waiting and still said nothing to me. Only 1 of ours was a remake. The other one sat on the rack the whole time....
