My visit to Erawan Thai Kitchen was a disaster. The owner, maybe named Chow or Chuw, treated us terribly because we forgot to pay on time. He even made fun of our drink choices. It was the worst dining experience ever. Don't go there unless you want to be humiliated.

Adding answer to the reply below by the owner Mr. Joe :-

Your reply to my review is just making excuses for the bad experience we had at Erawan Thai Kitchen. You're not being honest about what happened, and it's not okay.

Don't make up stories about us treating your staff badly. We were there with our sister, and saying we mistreated someone based on their gender is just not true.

You're saying we changed our order for no reason, but we were new customers and didn't know the menu. We just wanted something different when the dish wasn't what we thought.

When we asked about non-alcoholic sake, we didn't expect to be made fun of. Our question was serious, and your response was not professional.

You were really pushy about us signing the bill. We didn't forget to tip; we chose not to because we felt disrespected. Your restaurant needs to learn about treating customers better.

Saying we were asked to leave nicely is not true. The owner removed us forcefully, and that's not okay.

Accusing us of racism because we misheard a name is not fair. We didn't mean to be disrespectful.

Your restaurant is lucky it wasn't busier that day, or more customers would have seen your unprofessional behavior. We won't be coming back, and our review will let others know about...

I don't understand after seeing all these high reviews went there three of us and waited 30 minutes before we got served our food and it was cold. In the meantime I could see all the to-go orders being filled and our dinner being ignored. There is no excuse for waiting for almost 30 minutes to receive your food that you ordered and on top of it cold. There were other customers that came in and got their food before our table got our food now how does that work how is that possible ? Bottom line I wouldn't go back here again carryout is more important than customers in Restaurant obviously . Spending over $100 dollars on food and drink I could get better food and service elsewhere. Don't sit in the corner against the wall you will definitely be ignored and forgotten about.

Wait time of 30 minutes and being ignored is not the standard and if the food was cold that makes it even worse you just keep up defending your position and how great your restaurant is there was a complaint set to the girl and she did nothing about it she said that there was more orders that was coming in from the outside then from the inside and that's why our food was late nice excuse take care of your to-go business first not the customers are sitting in...

We came early in the evening (5:00) so only a table had customers. We ordered appetizer and Thai tea. And then so many people came in. We waited and waited and our main course had not come. We realized the other table who came later than us had food and almost finished their food. I told our waitress we were hungry and asked if our food could come asap. And we waited for another 15-20mins or so. The food still didn’t come. In total we waited was about 45mins. We finally gave up and decided to go. We went to check out our Thai tea and appetizer and complained we didn’t want to eat main course bc we didn’t feel we were treated equally. I said” we are hungry and have been waiting for long” and the owner said “how long” excuse me! And the owner explained “but you had appetizer” (meaning we should not feel hungry?) How could she say this? Firstly, my friend didn’t had appetizer and secondly, the owner should not have said “how long” Honestly, the food is not bad but I felt we were...

Erawan Thai Kitchen is hands-down one of Aurora’s best hidden gems. The restaurant is small and cozy, but it’s always packed—which tells you everything you need to know about the food. We started with the Thai iced tea, which is perfectly sweet and creamy. Ashley ordered the wonton soup with egg noodles—comforting, flavorful, and a great upgrade option. I went with my go-to, the beef Pad Ga Prow. The spice level ranges from 1 to 3 stars, but they also have a legendary 7-star challenge. I’ve tried it before and loved it (and yes, made it onto their spicy wall of fame 🔥). The flavors are authentic, the service is always welcoming, and every dish feels fresh and made with care. Whether you want mild or extra spicy, this is THE spot for Thai food in Aurora. Highly recommend!

As authentic as it gets and there are not a lot of authentic Thai cuisine around! They've only been in Aurora since March 2020 (?) And they already have a huge following. Place was quaint and small, with a bar and sports on the TV but I tell ya, they are super busy and nonstop. Staff was friendly, fast (I didn't have to wait 30 mins for our food to come to the table!). Pad Thai was excellent and my daughter loved it.. Drunken Noodles was divine and have a great Thai taste. Thai iced tea was good; although little sweet, that was ok----we diluted it w water and made 2 drinks out of it which was great as well!... They definitely need to expand for a bigger place ASAP because their customers are growing by the minute. Definitely a Must come and try!
