I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sean and the team at Atlas in Aurora. We rented a theater for our son's 8th birthday party, hosting around 20-30 kids who were full of energy—loud, silly, and thrilled to watch the movie. Not once did Sean or his staff make us feel like we were a hassle.

The process was incredibly smooth: we got the kids seated, served them drinks, popcorn, and candy, and afterward used the party room for pizza and cake. Sean and his team were the epitome of professionalism—polite, friendly, courteous, and all-around amazing.

It was a 10/10 experience, and we’d absolutely do it again. Thanks to their kindness and effort, our son had an unforgettable birthday celebration, complete with a big smile on his face. It’s not always easy having a birthday so close to Christmas, but Sean and his staff made it truly special.

We absolutely love coming to Atlas Aurora, especially on Monday nights! The staff here are consistently kind, friendly, and genuinely accommodating—it's clear they care about creating a great experience for EVERY guest.

One moment that really stood out: the popcorn station was backed up (the popper couldn't pop fast enough), and instead of making the guests wait, the manager personally delivered popcorn buckets right to the theatre. That kind of thoughtful service is something I’ve never seen at any other movie theatre.

Customer service like this is rare these days, and it truly makes our movie nights even more enjoyable. Huge kudos to the entire team—you’ve built something special, and it shows.

It's awesome that Atlas bought & reopened this former Cinemark theater and kept its colorful & charming decor. The manager is great- friendly and has a great staff. He had his young men deliver food to our seats so we wouldn't have to wait for the pretzels to warm and miss the beginning of the movie. I know people are fond of sitting on their couches, but I still say sitting in comfy lounge chairs enjoying a film with others on the big screen is still a wonderful experience I hope...
