We recently visited a delightful dessert spot to indulge our sweet tooth cravings, and it did not disappoint. Our selections included the pistachio éclair and the lotus fettuccine, both of which were exceptionally delicious. The pistachio éclair had a perfect balance of creamy filling and a crisp outer shell, with a rich pistachio flavor that was truly satisfying. The lotus fettuccine was an intriguing dessert, with delicate pasta-like strands paired with a sweet, caramel-like sauce that created a unique and enjoyable experience.

Complementing these desserts, we opted for a side of gelato, which was just the right level of sweetness to enhance our treats without overwhelming our palates. The gelato was smooth and creamy, offering a refreshing contrast to the richer flavors of the éclair and fettuccine.

The service was impressively quick. We placed our order at the register, and our desserts were brought to our table in under 15 minutes, allowing us to enjoy our treats without a long wait.

However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the menu lacked any savory options. A few savory items would provide a nice balance to the sweetness and allow for a change of taste during the meal. Secondly, the pricing was quite high. We spent over $35 for just the two desserts, which is notably more expensive compared to other dessert establishments in the US, including popular places like The Cheesecake Factory.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Melt n Dip and was absolutely enchanted by the experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a sweet treat.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their friendly service. They were more than happy to recommend favorites and explain the menu options, which I found very helpful as the menu is quite overwhelming with options.

Speaking of the menu, it's a dessert lover's dream come true! I indulged in one of their Belgian chocolate waffles, and it was heavenly. The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining light and fluffy on the inside, and the rich, melt-in-your-mouth Belgian chocolate took it to another level. I also tried a scoop of their strawberry cheesecake gelato, and it was clear that they use high-quality ingredients to achieve such vibrant flavors.

I so loved this place, but the last couple months, its really fallen off. We used to order way more than we should have, but now once and a while and they still mess it up. Let me help you guys... When an item comes with 1 scoop of gellato, and a customer orders 2 more, that equals 3. Also, you may want to pay attention to the flavor, the last three orders, wrong flavor. Ordered pistachio 3 times, got vanilla, vanilla, chocolate. How could you mess up every time over three orders? This order was door dash and you didn't put a lid on the extra chocolate, so its all over everything except the food. All portions seem smaller. Just an awful experience from a place we loved so much. Sad, 1 lost customer (and we aren't happy about it, but we refuse to continue to dump money) its well beyond mistakes at this point, I didn't even list all the issues, just the repetitive ones that continue to happen. Whatever you were doing 6 months ago, go back to that. Idk if its staff, or what... Just make a change, because your food is amazing, but your people are ruining...
