I had an amazing time and was genuinely impressed by both the experience and the customer service. When I first walked in, even though the place was full of a large group of kids, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and kindly directed to the reception desk. That friendly, welcoming energy continued throughout our visit.

One moment that could have been a major disappointment actually turned into the highlight of the visit. I knew I’d need to pay in cash, since I was in the process of getting a new debit card. But when I tried to pay the $120 for my group, the cashier let me know they don’t accept cash—something I hadn’t realized. Since I didn’t have a card, we were about to leave. But to my surprise, the staff told us not to worry and allowed my family to enjoy the experience anyway. Their generosity and understanding meant so much, and it turned what could’ve been a letdown into an incredibly positive experience.

Now for the fun part—this place has 14 immersive, interactive rooms to explore. You check into each room by scanning your wristbands at a kiosk and selecting a game. If a room is occupied, you wait just a couple of minutes for the previous group to exit through a separate door—this smart layout prevents any crowding or confusion. If no one’s waiting, you can stay in the room and keep playing by simply pressing a green button to start another game.

Our favorite rooms were definitely the laser rooms and the mega panels—both were high-energy and physically engaging. Be ready to crawl, run, and jump—it’s an active experience, so dress comfortably!

The manager, Kyle, gave us a tour of the building and explained everything we needed to know about having a party there. He even let us try out the games for 15 minutes, which was awesome!

After checking out the other locations, we decided Activate was the best fit—and we were right!

The beginning of our visit wasn’t the best. We were a party of 12 with a mix of newcomers of various ages celebrating my birthday. We weren’t greeted very well and when asking the staff questions regarding birthday bundles or if they do anything to celebrate we weren’t given a clear answer nicely. After this we were accused of not everyone paying even though we all had receipts. It took a while to get everything registered and the situation cleared up & normally I would be leaving a bad review, but during our visit one of the staff members named Caleb came up to us and apologized on behalf of his co-worker. He helped us through the rest of the registration process and continuously checked up on us throughout our playtime to make sure all was well. He alone turned the entire experience around for our entire group & we had an amazing experience & will be returning...
