Hi Kate. I don’t know how to thank you for the most fabulous mini cakes for mine and Bill’s anniversary. Absolutely divine. The icing on the cake were your 2 macarons. Best ever! And I’ve had lots of macarons. I cried eating them and didn’t share. (I don’t share well). Trust me we loved every decadent bite. We are in sugar overload though they had just enough sweet to them. My husband requested a passion fruit dessert for his birthday, and I did not know where to get one. I googled bakeries and came across Mini Me so I gave Kate a call to see if she could make a passion fruit dessert, and she said she could :) She made a small cake for the two of us, and the flavor and presentation were outstanding! My husband gave it a 15 out of 10! The cake had different textures and wasn't too sweet, and was very passion fruit forward, which is exactly what we wanted.
