New Nagoya — Restaurant in Aurora

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lady that worked there was so horrible to me and my family. We ordered $40 worth of food, dine in. When we sat down I went to pick up a piece of food and it had a straight black hair in it. I have purple hair and my sister has blue hair and my husband has wavy light brown hair. We never took one bite and immediately brought it to her. She picked up the hair with chopsticks and kept insisting it wasn't hers, even though she made the food and was the only one in the place with straight black hair. She offered to remake that ONE sushi roll that was touching all the others. I explained that I'm OCD. But really, who wants hair in their food? Not me. Also with the purchase of $25 it says you get a free wontons, she took it upon herself to switch the free wonton for a free soup that I wanted to BUY. She then went on to say that I'm a bad person for bringing the food back and that I need to get out and she will never serve us again. Haha why would we go back anyway. I was truly trying to be nice and make the best out of that horrible situation. DO NOT...

I placed an order online. We paid over 80$ worth of food. Each item was placed in with a side of rice. We were missing a side of rice, website states each dinner comes with one for each entre item. Also, I was over charged, for a second plate of shrimp fried rice, so I asked for a receipt at delivery, man said thathe could not give me a receipt. I went online and could not find my order. I called in to speak with them, and steted that order was completely correct and I needed to go online and if I wanted my missing food that I needed to go in to get my food. We chose delivery for a reason. We are working and not only that we are working evenings with a 30 min lunch. No time to go anywhere. Essentially, all I wanted was the missing food my co workers paid for. They responded rudely and said that I needed to go in to pick up. I said if I had to go in and pick I needed a refund for the food I individually ordered, which was still packaged up. They refused and said they were going to report me for harrassment and hung up. My co-workers and I would never order from this...

I had gotten the chicken, shrimp, and steak hibachi plate last night. The meat was very tasty and the veggies were nice as well. The sauce was a bit rich and the monotonous flavor of the meat was a bit overwhelming. Everything tasted the same.

The brown rice was undercooked and I actually bit into a little ROCK I found in the rice. Spilt it right in half, a freaking rock, the same size as a grain of rice!

My boyfriend called them on my behalf to explain they had rocks in their rice and the woman that answered the phone offered to send a new plate over but, I would have rathered been compensated (Which she said she couldn't do). She also explained that's how she makes her rice, it's her style and if I didn't like it oh well, but that wasn't the issue. It was the freaking rock, which she couldn't wrap her head around.

So very bad experience on my part, and I couldn't enjoy my food and won't be ordering from...
