This morning I went to this location to purchase 3 daily special breakfast burritos, but one without eggs because I'm allergic to them. I was told the burritos were pre-made and that it would be a moment to make one without eggs. I waited for 5 minutes which seemed a little long since the 2 of 3 burritos were already pre-made. Once I got to work and opened my burrito it was only potatos and cheese in a flour tortilla. I called Senor Miguel's to question my order and the lady that answered promptly told me that potatoe burrito is the only option they had without eggs. I was trying to explain that the gentleman that took my order said I could get the daily special ham and bacon with potatoes minus the eggs, but she began to raise her voice and I wasn't going to argue over a $3 burrito this early in the morning, so I said okay thank you good bye. A few minutes later I get a return call AT MY JOB from Senor Miguel's that went to voicemail. I played the message after eating and it was the lady I had briefly spoken to saying she wasn't done talking to me and called me rude and claimed I hung up on her. In the voice message she went on to say that they will no longer service me at their location and I would be added to their BANNED LIST. This was the 1st time I have been to their location and thought I would be returning, but this is by the worst experience I've had in any place of business. I've Never had an employee at any place of business call my job and threaten me over food they didn't get right. This is extra dumb move or they're very secure that customers will put up with this kind of service. Senor Miquels have zero fears of this location closing if they allow their employee to call a customer's job using caller ID and make such threats! Totally unprofessional. I call ahead and I go and it will say they close at 7pm itâs 4 pm and closed . I went 3 times in one week . If You donât want to be open and work then just donât have a business itâs just convenient for you to open and close whenever you want and then on the website it says that you open and close at a certain times.
