Senor Miguels — Restaurant in Aurora

This morning I went to this location to purchase 3 daily special breakfast burritos, but one without eggs because I'm allergic to them. I was told the burritos were pre-made and that it would be a moment to make one without eggs. I waited for 5 minutes which seemed a little long since the 2 of 3 burritos were already pre-made. Once I got to work and opened my burrito it was only potatos and cheese in a flour tortilla. I called Senor Miguel's to question my order and the lady that answered promptly told me that potatoe burrito is the only option they had without eggs. I was trying to explain that the gentleman that took my order said I could get the daily special ham and bacon with potatoes minus the eggs, but she began to raise her voice and I wasn't going to argue over a $3 burrito this early in the morning, so I said okay thank you good bye. A few minutes later I get a return call AT MY JOB from Senor Miguel's that went to voicemail. I played the message after eating and it was the lady I had briefly spoken to saying she wasn't done talking to me and called me rude and claimed I hung up on her. In the voice message she went on to say that they will no longer service me at their location and I would be added to their BANNED LIST. This was the 1st time I have been to their location and thought I would be returning, but this is by the worst experience I've had in any place of business. I've Never had an employee at any place of business call my job and threaten me over food they didn't get right. This is extra dumb move or they're very secure that customers will put up with this kind of service. Senor Miquels have zero fears of this location closing if they allow their employee to call a customer's job using caller ID and make such threats! Totally unprofessional. My company uses this location to purchase tons of breakfast burritos throughout the year for events. I'm sure they are going to love listening to the harsh voice message that was left for me. I'm...

Every time I go to get food their their closed or closing early . I call them they say their open I get their their closed . I call ahead and I go and it will say they close at 7pm it’s 4 pm and closed . I went 3 times in one week . If You don’t want to be open and work then just don’t have a business it’s just convenient for you to open and close whenever you want and then on the website it says that you open and close at a certain times. That is horrible service I mean if you can’t find enough people to work there or if you own the restaurant and you just close when you want because you feel like you’re bored or you don’t wanna work or there’s a little bit of snow or you don’t have daycare well then you know what don’t be open because people want to eat and people come from long distance when you say you’re open and then you’re not it’s very very horrible service I will not be coming back and I’ll make sure I tell...

I've been going to this place for a while now and I do like the food however they are "NOT very friendly it feels like I was being rushed out the last few times I was there it's family owned restaurant which I like but when I was going back in the day the vibe was much better .. Now they get your order and get you out and a couple of days ago I heard a puppy whining in the back while waiting for my order like I said I do like food but not good customer service at all which is different considering they know my family for a very long time of us all coming here maybe if crystal would be a little more friendly it would be a number #1 spot Also the dad or whoever the order gentleman is he'll take your order and then go proceed to make your FOOD without washing his hands or even gloves it's pretty disgusting to think about but the STAFF needs to get retrained on food hygiene and Good customer service etiquette...
