Just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with no answer. Called I don't know how many times with no answer. Pulled around to see I could see anyone and it was empty. This is at 11 p.m. hours state it's open until 1 a.m. Called again where I can see the front and kitchen through the window. No answer, but someone got up out of the booth went to slam open the kitchen door throwing a fit to go to the phone. I hung up and he kept his fit up and slammed the door again and went to lay back down in the booth.
Drove to McDonald's ordered and got my food in less than 5 minutes.
Went back to see if anyone would answer and there was a line. Orders being taken now and figured I'd try to get a name of whoever was working. Ended up just leaving because I would have not been nice.
Don't hire someone who doesn't want a job.
This location is one of the worst. Not to mention before I waited over 45 minutes for an online order that said it was ready when I arrived. That and you can stand at the register any time of day and not get any service for 20 to 30 minutes.
They hired a new staff, but the problems are still there. It must be the management. If the gm or owner of the location is reading this then I would consider looking at how this place is run. You shouldn't have no one in store or sleeping in booths 2 hours...
Read moreSlow service, inattentive employees. Was deciding what I wanted so the counter employee went to help the drive thru. When I was ready to order I stood for a good 5 mins or so waiting for someone. The kitchen stood there laughing and joking the entire time. I was ready to walk when someone popped around the corner to take my order. Took another ten minutes to get my food and they really weren't that busy. The drive thru only had a car or two and I was 1 of 2 people waiting for food. Taco Bell's service seems to have slowed down a lot recently. I've encountered this at several locations. You would think with the menu being simplified that this would be fixed, but no.
Update: this taco bell is consistently getting worse. The employees are rude and don't care. I can almost guarantee I'm going to get attitude if I go. The last time I was at this location I order a quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted. It's a shame because this is right on my way home from work and I won't stop there anymore. But then I didn't get an order number because they hadn't replace the receipt tape so they just went by my name. Then it took a good 20 minutes for me to get my order and the people in front of me were both named Chris as well so I thought each order that came out was mine. The lady who dropped it off at the counter just said Chris stared blankly into space and walked away. Didn't make sure that the bag was getting to the right person even though she had three orders with the name Chris in a row. I picked up the order and was about to walk out when I noticed that something was missing.
And then the manager on duty got snarky when I got frustrated. Maybe they could have made sure that the order that they were putting out on the counter was meant for the Chris who came up instead of just getting angry at me for being confused.
