Customer service was awful. Told the girl I wanted two açaí bowls, said they didn’t have strawberries and what I wanted to replace it with. (This I didn’t mind, I know places sometimes run out of stuff). Told her I’d do extra coconut for one. She must of not heard me or idk or as prior experiences just wanted to be rude because she got a customer idk, they were dead before I got there. Anyway what annoyed me was the way she answered back with attitude “You only ordered one.” I told her no, I wanted two and the whole time just being rude. We pull up to the drive thru window, wait 20 minutes!!!! For two açaí bowls, there were no customers inside and this I am certain of because they had a sign that said lobby not open only drive thru. The wait time was RIDICULOUS. We finally get our açaí bowls and they are not filled up as they typically are, the açaí is literally less than halfway full!! I’ve gotten these before and know how they serve them. Mine was very watery for some reason and my boyfriends was very dark and had a thick consistency. Must to say the flavors were really off. It’s my bad too for continuing to come here but every time I come seems like everyone is just in a mood, having unnecessary and uncalled for attitude. I’ve hesitated writing my past experiences before but this one just did it. If you need to drive a little further to get Jamba I’d suggest do that instead. I have no idea how this place is still open.

Update: seems like they've shaped up a bit and I've had zero issues the last few times I've visited. I watched them give away my drink to someone else after making another drink for an employee in street clothes that came in on her day off and went back without an apron or washing her hands. They all just don't seem to care here. I'm sad that this is the only juice place nearby or else I'd go somewhere else. I'm constantly worried that they'll mess up my order and trigger my allergies. Update: It's Saturday, January 7th and their doors are closed and locked at 7:15. I shouldn't be surprised that they leave an hour early, I guess.

$11 for a barely half filled bowl. I get these once a week and the bowl is usually filled. I got handed this today, and the girl at the window told me this is how them come now. Major rip off and will be going elsewhere now

I was a bit put off by one of the staff. I asked him for a moment to look at the menu and he started making suggestions. I had to be rather assertive in letting him know that I really just wanted to look at the menu.

While I am guessing that he wanted to help, I didn't ask for suggestions, I asked him for time to look at the menu and that request wasn't honored.

(My treat to myself on the way home was being spoiled at this location...read on...)

My drink had ice or fruit chunks in it that made it a struggle to get it through the straw. Unfortunately this lasted for quite a while and the protein powder wasn't fully blended into the drink giving it a my smoothie an unpleasant powdery texture.

This unfortunately was my first visit to this location so I didn't get off to a very good start. I did hear the blender make funny noises as it began blending my drink.

So I wasn't entirely surprised when I discovered the various issues with my drink. Unfortunately I got it to go and was on the road by the time I discovered the various issues with my drink...

Of yeah, the entire experience went poorly because I was attempting to use a gift card and when I tried to show it to the guy as I was paying rather than taking a look at it. He was dismissive of me and insisted that his scanner should read it.

It wasn't that kind of gift card, it had a QR code, not a bar code. I asked him if his machine read QR codes. He wasn't able to answer my question.

When he was finally convinced that his scanner would not read my gift card. He demanded, rather than ask politely, that I read him the gift card number. (When did that become my responsibility? A polite request would have been appreciated and responded to with grace. Fortunately for him I am a polite customer but one of these days he will get yelled at for treating a customer in said manner.)

They definitely did not make my day and since the stop put me in the heart of after school traffic, it would have been better if I had stopped somewhere else...live and learn!

It's definitely not a location I plan...

Whoever stated in their review that this was the "best Jamba Juice ever" has clearly not been to other Jamba Juice locations. .

I placed an order on 4/25 for delivery from the Parker Rd location through the Jamba app; however, I did not receive one of the items, the medium razzmatazz, with my order. I contacted Doordash concerning the order, the CS stated I needed to contact the Jamba Juice store. I spoke with Makenna, the manager, stated I could only receive a refund as a store credit or cash. I asked for the drink to be delivered but should not be responsible for the delivery fee. Makenna stated there was nothing she could do. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get the number of the supervisor/owner in order to let him/her know the situation, and I should be refunded. All I received was an email and the runaround.

I live over 30 minutes away, have purchased items from this location numerous times and most of the time the orders are not correct (I should've learned my lesson and quit going there, but hope springs eternal and they have a drive thru). There's other jamba locations in this city, go to any other one than the store...
