I ordered through the drive through. Late at night 1am to be exact. First getting to the speaker I gave my order without a problem. I ordered a baconator meal large with a vanilla Coke and a son of a baconator extra ketchup only medium with a grape sprite. Get to the window and the gentleman takes my card after giving me the total. I ask if he can give me extra packets of ketchup and was met with silence. So I assumed he didn't hear me and asked if he heard me to which he replied with an attitude "I HEARD YOU!" to which I replied "well you didn't respond to me!". He walked away without saying anything else. Another employee gave me my food and I checked and no extra ketchup. So I asked her if she could give me extra and she did without a problem as he sat there acting like he didn't completely ignore me even though he said "I HEARD YOU!". Get to eating our meals only to find that he also didn't give us a receipt or make the son of a baconator extra ketchup only. That meal was for my boyfriend who gets sick from the mayonnaise and couldn't even eat his meal. Read moreI just called Wendy’s around 9 a.m., and the morning shift manager was extremely rude and nasty. There was no professionalism at all — definitely not how a manager should be speaking to customers.
On top of that, this location clearly doesn’t clean their ice cream machine properly. The ice cream tasted spoiled, like bad milk, which means something in the cleaning process isn’t being done right. You can easily tell when ice cream has gone bad, and it’s unacceptable that they’re still serving it.
The cinnamon pull-aparts were also hard as rocks — not fresh at all. When I tried to mention these issues, the manager was completely dismissive and had an attitude instead of trying to fix the problem.
This location seriously needs better management and training. The current morning shift manager should be held accountable or replaced because the way customers are treated and the quality of food being served...
