So we went here for Greek food, It turns out that you want to come to this Greek restaurant to eat wings and pizza, not Greek food.

So my wife was really in the mood for Greek food so I found this place with 2.5k reviews and around 4.5 stars, I stopped looking at that point and drove 30 min to come check the place out.

So we place our order and get several different things but we start off with some hummus.

So you don't get a number and they don't take your name, but impressively they still manage to bring the food to the right table.

On our way to sit down I like to check out what everyone else got, to my surprise everyone either had pizza or wings and I mean EVERY table, even the peeps on the tables that you sit on the ground (sorry I don't know what they are called).

So I went back, ordered a pizza and wings. For the wings I asked what are the most popular wings, I was told the lemon pepper and garlic wings. So that's what I ordered. For the pizza I ordered a Mediterranean pizza with no Olives or Mushrooms, olive and mushrooms lovers out there.

The hummus was a bit watery for my taste but the pita bread killed us. The worst pita bread ever, compressed and flat and states like cardboard. This really killed the mood.

The food came with more cardboard pita bread, we were not a huge fan of the Mediterranean plates that we ordered.

The wings came out next, they were buffalo wings with garlic. Not sure if I heard him wrong or what. But the menu did not have buffalo and garlic wings but they did have lemon pepper and garlic wings. I think they gave me the wrong wings. The buffalo wings were good.

Then came the pizza, this pizza had SO MANY olives all over the pizza and mushrooms. I tried to pick them off but by the time I did all what was left was bread and sauce. I let them know and they happily got me a new pizza.

The new pizza came out and to my surprise, it was really good. The dough used for the pizza was soft and flavorful. If they only would have used it to make the pita bread :)

We took some baklava to go so that when we had coffee at home we could enjoy it. And the baklava was good.

So if you want to come to this Greek restaurant to eat wings and pizza, you will enjoy your meal. If you plan to come here to eat Greek food, you may be disappointed.

I would have given them 1 star for the Greek food, but that staff was super friendly and apparently everyone else knows what to come there for and we should have done...

Dont recommend and wouldn't return. Go to Halal Corner in Mueller instead for better prices and better tasting food. Pizza is the only semi redeeming part of this establishment.

Stood in a semi long line for lunch. It wasn't clear that if you aren't doing "buffet style" and want to order from the menu that you can bypass the line, so that was a waste of time. Kitchen staff is friendly however the guy who mans the register is all over the place. You might catch him being sarcastic, condesending, rude, and short most days or there's a few interactions he's friendly. I honestly don't even know if it is intentional, I just don't think he has the best customer service or social skills and genuinely thinks he's being helpful and nice but he can really rub you the wrong way. He just expects you to know everything about the way things are at the restaurant. When it is your first time or two in, you might not appreciate the experience if you have to interact with him.

It is also very unclear between purchasing bottled/canned beverages or fountain drinks. Then unclear that you have to get cups beside the fountain drinks. Last time I was in, most of the fountain drink syrup was out so only soda water was coming out. I alerted staff but it never got changed during my vist.

The food lacked flavor. Rice was pretty bland and the chicken shawarma was basically seasonless rotisserie chicken. The salad was good though and fresh tasting ingredients. It was a disappointment because this restaurant came highly recommended. The pizza isn't bad and I would steer yourself towards that direction if you choose this place.

Upon my last visit the restaurant only had one other guest dining but every table was extremely dirty and had old food and plates sitting on it but the staff were all leaning against the counters and chatting amongst each other when they clearly had plenty of time to take care of the dining floor. If you have time to lean, you have...

Arpeggios Grill presents an inviting atmosphere that contributes positively to the overall dining experience. The establishment's ambience is noteworthy, creating a pleasant and relaxed setting for patrons to enjoy their meals. The interior design, lighting, and overall decor contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable space.

However, when it comes to the culinary aspect, Arpeggios Grill falls into the realm of average. While the menu boasts a variety of dishes, the execution doesn't quite reach the level of excellence one might hope for. The food, although satisfactory, lacks the exceptional quality that distinguishes it from other dining options. This isn't to say that the dishes are subpar; they simply don't leave a lasting impression that transcends the ordinary. Meat quantity has gone down.

The menu offers a diverse selection, from appetizers to main courses, providing options for various tastes. The presentation of the dishes is visually appealing, and the ingredients used are fresh. Nevertheless, the flavors don't quite reach the level of excitement or innovation that would elevate the dining experience.

Service at Arpeggios Grill is generally attentive and friendly, contributing positively to the overall customer experience. Staff members are courteous and willing to assist with menu selections or special requests, enhancing the overall impression of the restaurant.

In summary, Arpeggios Grill is a solid choice for those seeking a pleasing atmosphere to accompany their meal. The ambience sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience, although the food, while not disappointing, doesn't quite rise to the level of culinary excellence. With some refinement in the kitchen, Arpeggios Grill has the potential to transform into a standout dining...

I was in this part of Austin with my wife, and we drove by Arpeggio to get to a grocery store that recently opened. We thought it looked interesting. As we were shopping we browsed the Yelp page and decided we HAD to go. Upon walking in I was left in awe by the decor and ambience of the place, everything from the sitting area to the lighting, and the murals on the wall really tie the place together. I think there was a wedding shower or something going on when we went. We were seated right away and the server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Arpeggio Mesa Platter and my wife ordered the Shish Kabob Mix. The Arpeggio Mesa Platter comes with Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Tabouleh, Dolma, Falafel, and rice with chicken and beef Shawerma and some pita bread. The Shish Kabob Mix is a combination of kofta (best way to describe is basically a long meatball), beef, and chicken kabob with rice, greek salad & pita. We both loved our meals very much. I’d never had baba ghanouj before but had heard about it, after tasting it I was obsessed. The hummus and tabouleh from Arpeggio are probably the best I’ve ever tased. This was my first time trying dolma and I was so happy I did. I saw another table order pizza and it looked amazing as well, oh and it was a 30 incher! Definitely gonna have to try a pie one of these days. After our meals our waiter offered dessert but we were too full to have anything so we decided to take it to go. We chose 1 of each baklava, (original and cream filled), they were both amazing but the original is to die for! I definitely recommend Arpeggio if you want to try some really amazing Mediterranean/Greek food. Everything on the menu looks delicious and I can’t wait to return and try the rest of it!

Arpeggio Grill is tucked away spot but a place that knows your order, and that you like your Mediterranean with zero frills and all the flavor. Every time I walk in, it feels like I’m reconnecting with an old friend—one who just happens to make amazing gyros. Not a trendy spot, no belly dancing or dim lighting here, just a place where the vibe is easygoing and the service is friendly. And that’s the charm. When I need my Mediterranean fix, their gyros are my go-to. They’re ridiculously good, the tea is spot-on, and they even do a mini pistachio pastry that punches well above its weight class. For fairness, here’s the “flip side” (or what passes for one): Arpeggio isn’t shy about authenticity, so you might find that gyro doesn’t have the usual Americanized toppings. Just ask about the dish if you like your ingredients predictable. And if your car sits a little low, consider skipping the Airport Blvd entrance unless you want a thrilling undercarriage scrape. Take the Huntland side street instead. A quick tip for late arrivals—these folks start winding it down about 15 minutes before closing, so if you’re rolling in that last half-hour, it might be best to grab it to go. Saves everyone a rush, and you’ll still get all that goodness. All in all, Arpeggio’s is a comfortable, unpretentious gem with wallet-friendly prices and fresh flavors. I’ll be back for those gyros as long as they keep ‘em rolling. And who knows? Maybe I’ll even try out the patio next time, or snag one of those floor tables.
