I don't usually write reviews even when I've had bad experiences but tonight was really disappointing with the staff. I usually frequent this location usually for a drink about every other day, then once in a while a meal and for the most part the staff is very pleasant. So much so I know a few of the employees and they have my order memorized (honestly those people are amazing and when I have cash I tip). Tonight on the other hand was the worst experience I've ever had. Maybe it was an off night for the crew, maybe it's due to having an unpleasant day and just looking forward to a chewy brownie and my usually drink. But I have to say I left very upset. It seemed busy which I didn't mind waiting, but after ten minutes I had noticed two lines clear and the line me and two other cars were waiting in had not been helped. I decided to try to switch to a different lane and luckily the other two cars in my previous lane were help. I, on the other hand, was ignore. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I switched, but when I notice 3 cars arrive and all get helped before me I became a little irritated. It wasn't until another new car arrive and was helped before I was acknowledged that I then had to ask for service. Usually I would be fine if it there was "Thank you for being patient we were busy tonight." Instead it was straight to the point look, took my payment, then didn't offer me my receipt nor had I received a straw. I think I would have avoided the review completely had my drink been the right drink I asked for, but seeing that I wasn't given a receipt I'm not sure if maybe I said something else or was once again ignored. Again I usually love the staff, they are amazing sweet people but maybe the Thursday night crew just ain't it. So lesson learned to avoid on Thursdays. (Hopefully it was just...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePulled into the driveway, ordered and gave the young lady my card so the she wouldnāt have to double back in the cold with no jacket on.... while they were preparing my food a guy that appeared to be the cook walked in front of the window from the back with no mask on. To make it worse he began eating over the line where they box your food with no mask or gloves! Just straight picking from what was in front of him and stuffing his mouth! The employees next to him working on other orders didnāt appear to say anything nor be bothered by him not wearing a mask. I even watched a manager walk by and say nothing to him about his mask! I get it staff have to eat but can you do it in the dinning area away from the food?! When she brought the food out i explained to her what i saw and without hesitation she did her best to make it right (the only reason the get 1star) She stated that she would have the manager take the charges off but i was given no receipt of this refund. I finally mustered up the courage to grab takeout during covid and bushes has ruined the opportunity for that to ever happen again. If you are going to be open during a pandemic PLEASE REQUIRE YOUR STAFF TO WEAR MASK...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreService: I have been coming to this location for about a year or two. Everything was smooth sailing until last week. I gave my card so they could charge it. Once the worker took it and cameback with my food but not with my card. I asked him for my card and he went to go look for it. Cameback to tell me some other worker took my card and gave it too someone else. I quickly checked my account and saw someone had already used it. The worker said he would refund me my money and thatās all they could do. I had to call my card company to make a claim for that charge someone else did. They said they would call back if they could get my card back. No one has called or even to just say they are truy sorry. Iām disappointed in the type of workers they have and management. Be careful when you give them your card.
