LESSON LEARNED!!! “THE LAUGH IS ON ME NATHAN!!! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT “ On June 16, 2025 my caregiver went to churches for me and bought a 10 piece meal ($27 +) the first piece of chicken was very dry looked like it’s hold time expired 2 hours earlier. I tried to eat it but it was just too dry!! I really tried to be ok with it but I called churches and really wanted to let them know so they could look into reducing their hold time, I asked to speak to the manager and the man yells out “this person wants to speak to a manager “. A lady responded but I couldn’t understand what she said. Then the man came back to the phone and asked what is it that I needed so I told him, then he told me he was sorry that happened to me and he said I am just coming on duty and didn’t know any of this . He said his name was Nathan and he was the night manager. He also said I could come back and they would replace my order. I explained to him that I am housebound due to an illness and my caregiver had already left for the day, he then said I could come back when ever it was convenient for me. He supposedly wrote down my name and order information in the book ( he even had me spell my name). Today is Monday June 23rd 2025, my caregiver said she would go pickup my replacement order from churches this morning and be there when they open and for sure it will be fresh. When I gave her the receipt I had written Nathan’s name on it and my caregiver says yes Nathan is the one who served me when I picked it up for you the first time. ( red flag doesn’t add up with what I was told during my phone conversation with him). When my caregiver got to churches she was told by the “ manager “ that Nathan was just a cashier and didn’t have the authority to approve the replacement order “. She basically called me a liar without using the word liar and she refused to honor the agreement. This cost me so much more than $27. My caregiver ’s time that she could have been doing so many other things for me. Lesson learned “THE LAUGH IS ON ME NATHAN!! I HOPE...

This last visit was for a pick up for myself and my coworkers. I arrived in the drive thru line at the time that the food was supposed to be ready and after the posted opening time, but I never got a response even after attempting to talk into the intercom. After about 10 minutes I drove through to exit and saw the drive through window open with an employee working. I went to the doors to the lobby and they were locked, I waited for a few minutes for someone to come by. No one did and I had to leave.
My coworker ended going because the food was paid for as it was a mobile order. He experienced the same issue when going into the drive thru line. As he entered he saw people at the lobby doors and also experiencing the locked doors. He also got no answer at the intercom and went to the drive thru window.
Apparently, the first order of the day that they got was an order for 2,000 pieces. As understandable as that may be, as a customer I would expect some sort of posted signage at the door that they won’t be opening the location until a later time. I would also expect them to inform their customers as they go into the drive thru line. When the conversation of a refund came up, they advised to request it online. That they could not refund the purchase.
All-in-all, I give them props on the food. But the service was severely lacking here when that could have just as easily been resolved with many people not being so...
Read moreHad a horrible experience at this location as well. I ordered spicy chicken and the chicken seemed to be under cooked it had a pinkish color and was not the right texture for cooked chicken, when I brought it to management attention I was told that is the way the spicy chicken looks and if you do not like the color "heads up do not order spicy chicken" Not any kind of management support" when I told her I did not want the chicken she tossed it in the trash with no consideration or concern to even look at the chicken to address my concerns. Very disappointing, even worse my co-worker is pregnant and now having stomach cramps and vomiting. I understand the chicken may in deed be that color if you order "spicy" but I have ordered many many times and never was my spicy chicken this color. So word of advice from Church's management and from one customer to another "Do not order spicy chicken, if you don't like pink chicken" I did put in a call to Corporate office and got an immediate response from Will Pryer, so Upper Management did provide me quality customer service to my complaint and concerns, however my company, family or myself will not eat from this location again. I will not hold Church's accountable for just this one location and poor...
