Came in with my partner and ordered a Cuppa Austin with Oatmilk extra shot. My Partner ordered the prickly pear drink and accidentally forgot to ask for oatmilk (we know it still has dairy with the foam a little is fine but too much is not). My partner stood at the register for a while trying to get the blonde barista’s attention right after ordering to ask to correct it but they were ignored. I went up and was also ignored and ultimately just ended up ordering another prickly pear with oat milk and explained that my partner had wanted oatmilk but wasn’t able to get the baristas attention. The barista said “okay” and still charged me for another drink. Not saying I’m expecting Starbucks service but it would’ve been nice if they had even offered to refund the other drink or at least paid attention to us standing there trying to correct the drink - especially since we left the other drink there to be thrown away and wasted. When I said we won’t be taking that one the barista shrugged and said in a rude tone “okay?”… sure It was ultimately maybe our mistake for missing saying oat milk but the barista did ignore my partner standing there trying to ask for a correction before the drink was made. I also was ignored until the barista finished my partners drink and called it out. Over all the service sucked and it sucked that it could’ve been avoided if they would’ve paid attention to the customer obviously standing there needing something. Don’t think we will be back after this and I had been coming quite often. Not a fan of the customer service here not very friendly over all most the time I came in regardless of this situation. The morning crew seems more friendly for sure.

Indoor Vibes are chill though for anyone looking to just chill out and doesn’t care about the customer service aspect of an establishment. Drinks are mid depending on who’s making them (mornings are better). Food is mid and over priced. Overall not...

Great coffee selection, the staff are fantastically friendly and helpful , store is always clean, comfortable seats, good music selection, fast wifi, has plugs for laptops. Open late, which is a massive plus. But the coffee itself isn't that good. Very acidic, very bitter, even with cream. Their smoothies are also powdery. Tapioca Pearls (boba) were also under-cooked all three times I ordered it. I also got a matcha that was really gritty. Matcha is a super fine, soft powder. How was it so gritty? it was like drinking sand. I also had the tea which was okay but the leaves were stale (too much air to them while stored) and was put into the wrong temperature water so they even toasted a little, which gives tea bite. I love everything about this place but the drinks just all seem to have a problem instead of being 100% great. Honestly, if you're a person whose not super picky about drink quality when you pay coffee shop prices, you won't be disappointed. The service is fantastic, drinks come out quick, seating area has an amazing vibe. It's just the drinks are all... sub par. They all had one big glaring flaw in otherwise great drinks. But I think Cuppa Austin could really go places if they step up their drink quality. Do...

I’m not sure what happened exactly but I went in and ordered. Stood there for 15 minutes while employees chatted. No one made my drink. I was unable to get anyone’s attention to ask. Multiple other customers who ordered after me received their drinks. Staff was very friendly when taking my order but then just ignored me. Not sure if I was just forgotten? But it wasn’t overly busy and they were just chatting while I stood there. Then suddenly they went to work the drive through when I tried to get someone’s attention. Ended up having to leave to not be late for work without my drink.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but there were pride flags and BLM stickers everywhere. Very “Austin” which isn’t unexpected considering the name and location. But I did have a shirt on supporting veteran owned businesses. Wondering if I was intentionally forgotten? Even if not, very disappointed by the service (or lack there of). I believe in second chances but I went out of my way to stop and I’m not sure after this experience...

I don't often venture this far north, but I was really happy to stumble upon Cuppa Austin, a locally owned coffee spot. It’s clearly a popular place—there was a steady flow of cars in the drive-thru, even on a Sunday afternoon. I stopped in around 3:00 PM, and it was about 50% full inside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and despite how busy it was, my hot latte was ready in just over a minute. Impressive! The latte itself was solid—though the espresso was quite dark on the first sip, it mellowed out nicely with the milk. The ambiance is great with some cute murals and paintings on the walls, comfy leather couches in the back, and lots of natural light from the high ceilings. They offer free WiFi, and the password is easy to find at the counter, which is a nice touch for those looking to get some work done. As for the food, I had a croissant, and it was pretty good too! All in all, a cozy spot with great service and a relaxed vibe. I'll definitely swing by again next time I’m in the area.

Cuppa Austin Coffee Shop on Parmer Ln in Austin, TX, is a delightful gem for coffee enthusiasts. On a chilly, rainy day, I sought refuge in this cozy establishment and was treated to their exquisite White Chocolate Mocha Coffee. The rich, comforting flavors were the perfect antidote to the wintery weather. The ambiance at Cuppa Austin is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ample seating options make it a versatile space for everything from casual meet-ups to remote work, and the complimentary Wi-Fi is a thoughtful touch for productivity. What truly impressed me is that Cuppa Austin seems to be a one-of-a-kind establishment; this sole location is a testament to their dedication to quality and authenticity. For coffee aficionados or anyone seeking a welcoming environment to savor a cup of joe, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden Austin treasure. It's a delightful place to make your Sunday a little brighter.
