I came thru place an order on the drive through the food was absolutely disgusting it was messy my taco was cracked and what I ask them to take off my order was still there and the stuff I asked to an extra of on my order was not done I went back with my receipt and this Asian manager named Kim was absolutely disrespectful to me and ignoring me I had to call the corporate office where I waited on hold for over 25 minutes to have somebody say I'm glad to help you please hold on one second and it was disconnected I've been eating there for over 20 years and it's the first time I've ever had an issue and to be disrespected and then ignored was embarrassing as well as a horrible experience the disrespect I felt was more than I expected with my order the manager or lady named Kim should be thrown in the gates of hell she was rude to other customers and I feel that it is imperative she no longer keeps her position status she should be cleaning the toilet in the bathroom not being rude and disrespectful to customers other than myself and I seen it first-hand I have video recording of this as well all the other employees seem to be courteous and respectful toward me as well as the...
Read moreIn the days of Texas tore Dairy Queen was a necessary evil. Most small towns lacked anything but them, and the food was sugar at nest with the exception of their ice cream which was what made them a place of destination. Some time ago their menu and procedures had a revamp and the consequence was good food done right. Unlike others of their like they concentrated on their existent menu and drastically increased their quality making and ice cream only status to a place you could get a good food. Quality is key and they have increased there's ten fold while still paying tribute to the items that put them on the map. Considering their double arches competition no child will scream their name with the same enthusiasm that other place received but as a parent you will be grateful to have a place different but oddly the same, of the filth your kids know and love. Definitely worth a trip, and If you are in Texas, throw a stone and you have found one. Convenience...
Read moreWent to order at the drive thru and I was the only one in line. Gina Q was taking the order. The speaker was muffled and when I told her I couldn't understand she started yelling and was rude. At the window, I realized one of my drinks was missing. I informed Gina of the missing drink. She explained one of the meals did not come with a drink. I told her I would pay for the drink and she rang up my order with an attitude. She started badmouthing about me to her coworker in Spanish, not knowing I understood her. I confronted her about what she said and another coworker (Rico) came to window to handle my drink order. As I thanked him and started to pull away I asked him what her name was, he replied "Natalie" and she began to laugh out loud. I looked at both receipts and found out her name was Gina Q. Horrible service - unprofessional...
