I'm very disappointed in the customer service of this Pizza Hut. By far the most unreliable, unprofessional, and careless service of any PH I've been to. Twice I've received my delivery order, missing parts of the orders. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided I would try them again. The second time, I called and spoke with a staff person who asked "okay, and what do you want me to do about that?" I replied, "i'm the customer, and I'm not sure what you all normally do.. but a discount on my next order or a replacement of my current order would be great." The staff person puts me on hold for about 5 mins, then comes back and tells me that her manager said she can offer me a $1 discount on my next order. I asked to speak with the manager, and was placed on another hold for 5 mins (as my food started to get cold). Then I spoke with the "shift manager (Celia)." She was very unprofessional, rude, and really didn't listen for understanding on how to rectify the inconvenience of having this happen TWICE on a delivery--- and I paid delivery fees, and tipped the driver well. Celia continued to offer the $1 discount on my next order, which doesn't even touch compensation for how frustrating this has been, especially since I paid full price for the order! This was such a disappointing experience. Kevin is their store manager - I'm sure they will comment here with the whole "we're sorry to hear your experience was so awful, please call us ... etc." How about you treat customers right the first time they call, and definitely treat them right the second time they call. I sure won't be calling a THIRD time to be offered the $1 discount on my next order. People: DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DELIVERY ORDER TO BE WRONG. He didn't know what food was mine so I had to search the back seat of the car for my order. I didn't get the fries I paid for. Then he said he didn't have change so he ended up with 3-4 dollars of a tip. I called the store and asked for a manager. I asked for a manager and then hung up and called again for a manager. The person answering phone put me on hold again for 25 minutes before the store closed and I finally gave up. Recap: food took two hours. It was cold. I had to retrieve it from the driver's car myself after searching the neighborhood for nearly 30 minutes, not all the order was there, and then I waited on hold for 30 minutes after requesting a manager, and finally they never bothered to pick up the phone to offer a partial refund, a free small pizza, or even an apology. I let some things go because I've worked fast food and retail and know it can be stressful, but this is beyond the pale. I've eaten pizza hut for nearly 40 years. I won't ever spend a dime at this pizza hut or any other one again. You just don't do people this way and keep business. I know they've closed locations and now I know why. One star only because there is no negative stars that google offers. Horrible ethics. I ordered at 9:47pm for delivery at 5 minutes away hotel that I was staying at. They closed at 10pm, and I was still waiting for my order till 11:30pm. I used to work at a pizza place and as a delivery driver, we’d deliver all orders until we completed them all, even after hours. No orders were taken after closing, but orders for delivery were all completed…. Well, not this place. I never even got a call saying they were not going to deliver my order. I only knew because I got an alert from DoorDash saying my order was transferred to them at 11:30pm or so, and the drivers stated the place was already closed. By midnight I found they charged me for the order at $39.00 or so, but got a credit back for same amount, then I got a charge for $27.00. At this point, I called DoorDash but they stated I had to call them directly. The next day around 5:30pm I went into the store asking for my refund because I called them over three times and no answer. When I was requesting this refund of $27.00 for unknown service there was also two more customers stating their orders were wrong.
