Dawat Indian Cuisine food truck just started today, and what an amazing beginning and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing Every bite was bursting with authentic flavors that took me straight to the heart of India. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.

The dosa was especially excellent ,crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they are using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Even though it was their very first day, the service was smooth, and the team was super friendly and welcoming. We visited this restaurant today at 9:15 PM and had a terrible experience. Despite placing our order before several other tables, we waited for over an hour for our food. While we watched multiple other parties receive and finish their meals, our order was completely overlooked.
