I had an amazing experience at Aha Emi Ruchi, Their food truly brings the authentic flavors of India to life. The South Indian snacks were a delightful treat. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared.

What makes this place even more special is how theyā€™ve reintroduced iconic items from the 90s that instantly transport you back to childhood days. Itā€™s like a delightful trip down memory lane with every bitešŸ¤©

Tried their Hyderabadi Upma Dosa costing 14$ per Dosa it was too good & big portion size , we ordered the same one again. Chutney & Sambar were good too.

The owner of the truck was very polite & humble got a chance to speak with him! The lady at the cash counter was very welcoming & was asking everyone for feedback & review!

Now comes the only reason for 4 star rating the seating tables were not maintained, not clean , full of red ants , mosquitoes & some big carpenter ants even we tried switching tables still same issue. We went around at 07:45 there was crowd so due to mosquitoes, ants & wait time we had to sit &...

We had a wonderful time visiting this food truck! Itā€™s an amazing spot to enjoy delicious, authentic South Indian cuisine that truly hits the spot. Every dish we tried was full of rich flavors and prepared with careā€”the dosas were perfectly crisp, the chutneys were fresh (not cold) and the sambar was comforting and packed with flavors.

Absolutely amazing food! We got the Dosa platter which came with a plain dosa, one filled with onion, and one filled with potato, a chocolate dosa, a mango lassi, and a Ghee Sambar Idly. We got a lot of food- and everything was so tasty! The Idly was my absolute favorite. It was very ā€œcomfort foodā€ vibes. The flavors were all so great. Do yourself a favor and definitely check this place out! Prices are very reasonable as well. The owner was also so kind! This is a new food truck in Cedar Park/brushy creek. We will absolutely be back!

They even have a small play area with games like carrom, ludo, and snake and ladder to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the Chicken 65 was crispy, tender, perfectly spiced. Their kadapa karam masala dosa is a must try and it reminds me of my native place. I also heard some great reviews about their curry leaf thatte idly and I will try this next time for sure.

I recently visited Aha Emi Ruchi, This is an amazing Indian food truck thatā€™s perfect for families! They even have a small play area with games like carrom, ludo, and snake and ladder to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the Chicken 65 was crispy, tender, perfectly spiced. Their kadapa karam masala dosa is a must try and it reminds me of my native place.
