Keep in mind when I placed this order there was a 51 to 61 delivery time that's understandable. So now I tell you what has happened, I Placed the order at 6:28pm, at 7:43 pm it showed delivered on there tracker, yet I had not received anything so I called at 7:44pm to get information and was told they were close, it will be delivered soon.....It is now 8:20pm and have yet to receive anything so I called back at 8:24pm talked with Derrick the manager by words of him there was a delivery mixup between drivers and was offered the pizza for free for there mistake on there part or to remake it, I chose to just receive the cold pizza free to see how long it would take, It is now 2 hours late might as well wait till it arrives....... It is 8:45pm still no sign of the delivery. Will update at what time it ended up getting delivered. It is now 9:05pm nothing got delivered i called for the 3rd time and got passed around a couple times till Julies passed me to Derrick the manager, he offered to remake the order and have it delivered but at this point I gave up on them told him to nevermind it's fine cancel the order. I am disappointed I had not received a call or message that it would be late. It would be understandable if I had received any type of notice that it will arrive late due to there mistake but instead I had to call 2 times to get a response that it was a mistake in there part and a 3rd time to tell them that nothing had...
Read moreMy brother ordered 2 large pizzas at 10 PM. After waiting 1 hour, I checked the tracker and it showed an employee was doing a Quality Check at 10:20 PM, how could a quality check take that long of a time?
I called the store, no answer. I waited a few minutes guessing they were slammed (I was right). Vincent answered the phone, he was very polite and friendly. I was following up on my delivery order placed over 1 hour ago. Vincent asked to put me on hold as he followed-up.
Another employee rudely answered the phone and I was informed her name was Debbie. Debbie was extremely bash and unfriendly. After placing me on hold, Vincent answered the phone.
I was now told that my order would take another 30 minutes (delivery remind you). After my rude encounter with Debbie, I decided to cancel my order entirely with Vincent on the phone.
Vincent was kind and displayed true leadership of working in service during a chaotic time. I will be contacting Corporate to express additional feedback.
UPDATE - 30 minutes after writing this review, the delivery driver appeared at my door. I told the driver I called the store, cancelled my order (due to a long wait and rude employee encounter).
The driver was nice, said they were 2 hours behind on orders and that my order would be free.

I asked for our pizza with light sauce or no sauce because we have an allergy tomato in the family. Instructions are not followed and sadly my family doesn't eat or at least not together. In our new home with a new store we have ordered 2 times. The first delivery on July 5th the wrong sodas were delivered. A phone call was placed. I asked for the sodas to be replaced and we returned the unopened items. I thought everything was good. Tonight we ordered light sauce. My husband and I both took a bite and immediately put the pizza down as there was a hearty amount of sauce on both pizzas. I called to ask to have these remade and again I would leave the untouched pizza outside. The manager agreed no problems. Within 5 minutes my husband receives a phone call from the same manager informing us that we have had multiple managers leave negative notes about us including that every order we place we request free items and since June we have had six reports of free items delivered to our address. We have receipts of only two orders ever being placed. The manager was not interested. He repeated multiple times. He was not inclined to believe anything we said.
