Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

Ordered online and was encouraged to order through text to get 15% off. So i did. And they sent the wrong order. Which is fine. Mistakes happen. But i then called to inquire about and was told that my order was not what they had on their screen, even though i paid an extra 10$ dollars for the pizza i had originally ordered. I'm sure that was a mistake through their text service. But while on the phone i has to explain over and over the issue, offering to show screen shots of my order and what i paid, i was finally given to a manager who told me they didn't have any record of what i had been charged for my pizza - which makes absolutely no sense , and was then told they could remake it but it would be about an hour delivery time and i said that was fine to which she said actually it's two hours and i can't add another order to my drivers, to which i said okay then can you just refund me the order? And i was told they would not refund the order but that they would credit the account. I honestly don't want to order through this company again after having such a hassle just to receive what i paid for, and again was told they would not give me a refund. To which i asked so you won't remake the pizza or refund my order, and then was finally given an actual solution to pick it up, but honestly the attitude i received about just trying to get what i paid for has put such a sour taste in my mouth. Terrible management. Terrible service for ordering, terrible employees. If i ever get the correct pizza i guess I'll see if the food is actually decent or not. Don't know how this place is at a 4.6 star after...

I love deep dish pizza, and this place definitely does it well! It's my new "go-to" pizza (delivery) spot! Great customer service, too! We ordered delivery last night, but the driver took it to the wrong address/ door. The manager, Jordan (I believe that's his name), was so helpful and professional during the interactions. He took the time to ask questions and better understand what happened. It was a very refreshing experience as I've previously had bad experiences with mis-delivered food (from other pizza places). I understand mis-delivery happens, and our place can be a bit confusing, but the way it was handled was greatly appreciated 👏...

I had low expectations going in but i’m going to be honest the pizza was excellent. i also ordered chicken and brownies. the chicken was rubbery and gross (but the sauce was good) and the brownies were burnt but the pizza was dead on. people will naturally try to compare this to via 313 but they are both unique. neither is better - they are different styles. i can vouch for the detroit style pizza here i would pass on the rest if i had it to do over. order was ready to the minute it was estimated - not kidding. service was friendly. pricing average. worth a try if detroit style is...
