This place.......is a must! Their crepes bring back memories from my childhood and I have struggled to find any crepes close to what I had as a kid. I don't know if it is both locations and their food truck but all the employees at this location while we were visiting I believe were deaf. I LOVED that as the gentleman was extremely patient with us while ordering. I did try to use what sign language I knew but of course it was not enough to do a whole order. Looks like I know what I will be doing....learning more sign language so I can communicate better and make it easier on them! Loved it.....now onto the food!

The Craprese Crepe was our "appitizer" and my son had wished that was what he had ordered. My husband got the Turkey Avacado Crepe and is was great. I got the Chicken Basil Pesto and it was out of this world (although I would ask for no onions next time). Our son got the kids pizza but ate a quarter of each of ours and half the appitizer. Then we all shared the Carmelized Apple and Vanilla Ice Cream Crepe. This one was way more different than I expected. The ice cream was inside the crepe which was completely melted when we got it (it made it super messy) and there was no walnuts. This crepe was good but almost overly sweet. I did have the lavender lemonade as my drink and it was amazing. It is so hard to find a good lavender lemonade! I do wish they had seating inside since bugs kept getting in our food and drinks. Also a location up towards Pflugerville/Round Rock would be nice so we didn't have to drive 45 minutes to get to one of their 2 locations. Next time I will take photos, but this time I was too excited to grab my...

We recently took a trip to South Lamar and ended our night soul searching for crepes as anyone should be doing on a Saturday night. That search left us at Crepe Crazy’s doorstep, and Thank God it did. One thing to note off the bat is that this is an ASL restaurant. Ordering is done through a kiosk and you grab a lettered placard before heading to your seat. We just wanted to note this in case anyone headed in and didn’t fully understand the process. Very ample seating and parking next door is a big plus. The service is quick and friendly, with our server and us signing thank you and you’re welcome before we dug into our crepes, which were delicious.

We got the Nutella Royale, Lemon Zest Dust, and Peanut Butter Heaven. The Nutella Royale was pretty standard, as most Nutella crepes are. The Lemon Zest Dust had a, well, zesty flavor that kept it fruity and light. And lastly, the Peanut Butter Heaven was delicious with a generous amount of peanut butter inside with bananas strewn throughout the pastry. Some dessert places like to make things over the top and separate themselves with ridiculous concepts, but Crepe Crazy knows what it does and does it well. If you’re in the area and are craving a crepe (or possibly want to show appreciation to Austin’s amazing deaf community) then we highly recommend a stop by...

This feels too hipster for me. Only one self check out kiosk with too many options to slide through to order quickly or find what you want. Not everything on there matches what's on the boards. We ordered an Americano that came out as an expresso. I couldn't find fresh orange juice in the kiosk which was on the board so got a fountain drink which they bring out to your table several minutes later rather than just have them by the register like every other restaurant with self check out. The food came in waves. I got the cowboy which was a crepe with bacon ham egg and cheese which was kind of plain and difficult to cut with the plastic cutlery ( it's half real plates and cups, half disposable plates, cups and cutlery for some reason.) So we both started eating our crepes like burritos because it was easier. My wife git the granny apple one, and she thought the apples needed to be cooked some, and it needed a sauce or something to go with it as well. Not the best crepes ever. The savory crepes seemed a little overcooked while the lemon desert crepe was better but a little on the chewy side. I feel like I've had much better crepes before. Overall, the ordering experience was a little frustrating, and the food was forgettable. I feel like there are better crepe places you can go if you are actually crazy...

This wasn’t a planned stop, but a much welcomed side-quest! After a disappointing appointment downtown we looked up cafes in the area and my love for crepes brought us here. The menu is drool worthy and offers sweet and savory options to fit any palate. My husband and I shared a caramel apple vanilla creme filled crepe. He ordered a chai and I ordered the seasonal vanilla lavender matcha. All was excellent!! The staff are super accommodating to those of us who aren’t fluent in ASL and will provide serial ordering options for your convenience. There is a giant ordering pad for you to place it yourself, you can point to their giant menu and employees will use the same menu to clarify any add ons or size choices, or they will offer up an LCD writing pad. While nowhere near proficient in ASL, I had been teaching my kindergartners ASL signs this past school year. I used this opportunity to ask staff how to sign a few new things and they were so kind and gracious. So brush up on a few basics (“thank you” goes far in any language), and try this place! The ambiance is relaxed, the food is great, and the staff are welcoming.
