I placed a large order for custom pride cookies for pickup at 9 AM. There was a mixup with my headcount at the time of ordering so I was in a panic when I found out the morning of that only half the cookies I needed were ready! Kellie sprang into action and performed an actual MIRACLE to get me what I needed on time. Everything came out so beautiful and our clients were thrilled! I ordered custom cookies with my logo on them (100). The website is easy at facilitating ordering, and when I had a question, I just called and received a prompt, courteous reply. I picked up my order and loved their shop! It is so bright and colorful and fun! Great service, fast and friendly. I recommend them for corporate gifts, or any kind of Austin-inspired gift as they have beautiful cookies with all the iconic murals painted on them. And they taste good!

I really wanted to give the place a perfect review. The staff was great, and the cookies are great too. The special design on the cookies turned out amazingly. However, I was a bit disappointed in the poor communication about delivering a special request.

I recruited Kellie's to help deliver my resume to a company in order to make a good first impression. I told the gal helping me that I wanted the cookies to be delivered at 2:00, so they could enjoy some sweets after returning from lunch. They failed the communicate that there is a 4 hour time frame that the cookies can be delivered in. When I called at 3:00 to ask about the delivery, she said the latest they'd arrive would be 4:30. At that time on a Friday at a professional company? There's a huge chance most of the employees have left for the day. Had they mentioned this, I would've asked for the cookies to be delivered earlier in the day.

Kellie’s cookies are so delicious and unique tasting! You can’t find cookies that taste like hers just any where! I’m really loving her unique style and flair. I forgot how delicious they were!! I haven’t been to the shop in years and today I made my way back and as soon as I opened the door I felt like I was thrown back in time (haven’t been back in over 6 years). This really is such a lovely place and if you ever meet Kellie she’s such a wholesome person you’ll never forget her and she won’t forget you either. If you want to work with excellent customer service, a friendly staff who produce cookies that look and taste amazing this is the place! We get cookies individually wrapped/decorated and deliver them to Children's hospitals around America. The patients we donate the cookies to have loved them so much we have to limit 2 cookies to a child so every child/hospital staff gets one!
