Las Mangonadas #2 — Restaurant in Austin

We came here for the first time since we are not from around here and let me just say first they didn’t attend us and when they did they told us we were in the wrong line we were okay it’s fine doesn’t make sense since the menu is right there in front but I guess u have to another line and order first then pay but the other line she send us there is literally no menu in front then the older guy that helped us didn’t even understand us and we were literally talking Spanish to him not in English we told him we wanted hot Cheetos with cheeses and he was like what is that we literally have to explain and show what it was when they literally advertised it on the window and in the menu then we wanted nachos also again he pretended to didn’t know what it was and got me more mad when the last thing we said was a picadilly raspa and also didn’t knew what it was I’m like Bruhh we taking the same language u work here we are literally showing you simple as that we left literally so disappointed with the service we went all happy and left angry didn’t bash out in the associate I bash out outside the anger and I bash it out on my husband left in tears cause I was like I don’t if it was discrimination or what for him treating us that way and plus of that didn’t even...

When I got there the lady was mad we had ask her what was the difference between a manzana loca and a regular manzana and she said she couldn’t hear us so we said it again and she look at us like we where crazy saying it was just he same thing , we ask for two banana split and she did those first so when ever we got them they we’re already melted and she didn’t even give us any utensils to eat it with or the cup holder we had ask for if I wanted a milkshake I will of ask for one it was a really bad experience we will not be coming back . I really loved this place and had high hopes for their products . I hope they refund the money...
