Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

It's pretty good here! Cici's is pretty cheap as you might imagine. It's not as cheap as the Little Caesars next door, but the pizza here is actually quality. They have a very nice variety of buffet pizza that, from my experience, has devoted workers constantly making sure the pizza is fresh and hot for the hungry eaters like me. In my opinion, I think Cici's has one of the best marinara sauces I've tasted! Heck, one of my favorite things to do here is get a bowl of their marinara sauce, and dunk my cheesy breadsticks into them like I do with ketchup dippers and tenders. This place definitely caters to families or people who come in with friends like me. So as a result, I come here frequently.

It's also very clean! I enjoy how all of the tables never have that disgusting grainy feeling on them when you put your arms and hands on them. Whoever is cleaning there should get a raise in my opinion cause most joints never really accomplish anything like that.

The only problem I have is it's location. While Cici's itself has a very noticeable eye catching red and white logo above their doors, it was a little awkward parking there. It's basically a few parking spots in an enclosed rectangle with very little room to reverse out of. Especially if the joint happens to be packed. So that is slightly inconvenient. But other than that, the actual establishment itself is very much above expectations. Way...

Came here with my younger brother the other day for his birthday before I went to work myself (as well as a few days previously lol.) I was embarrassed a bit when I was told that the coupons we wanted to use were Monday to wednday NOT weekdays . it was embarrassing because I'm always wondering why customers don't read the things they bring or the menu itself at my OWN job lol. I'd have been immediately fine to not use them, but the guy (who gave a manager feel. But I'm not sure, I didn't ask. Honestly I probably attribute the nice professional feel to manager feel. It's usually not the case even at my own work) was nice and let us use them anyways.

Also they seemed pretty nice.

Can't complain about anything, and honestly wouldn't. The million messes people are going to leave on those tables. Not a good area but definitely a nice cicis.

I've been coming to cici's for many years and I've always had a good experience, but never in my life did I think I'd come across what I came across there this past Sunday (7/25/2021). As I was eating my food, I noticed across the restaurant the manager (Carmon was his name) was inappropriately touching one the workers. She couldn't have been more than 17 years old and he was rubbing her hand and had his arm around her waste. She was clearly uncomfortable in the situation and she even tried pulling away a few times. As I was leaving I noticed he was even putting his hands on some of the other employees. The entire situation was very uncomfortable and inappropriate, I hope the general manager or one of the higher ups sees this review and takes action to protect this employee and remove this manager from his position because this is not right by no means. If action is not met, I'll get the eeoc involved...
