This was my 2nd visit and a total letdown.. The first time was in February, just passing by and thought, let me try it out for a quick snack.. had the mixed tostada and a Mexican martini.. it was good enough to pay a 2nd visit.. I ordered the same mixed tostada, but it was served differently.. guac was spread on the tostada chip itself, and the mixed seafood ceviche was in a small cup.. hmm? Weird.. (total opposite of last time.. guac was in a cup and the ceviche on the tostada chip, which is usually the norm anywhere I've ordered tostadas from). The ceviche did not look nor taste good.. it was not fresh at all.. My bf ordered the shrimp a la Diablo.. menu says GRILLED shrimp with bell peppers and onions.. here we are thinking it was grilled with the veggies mentioned.. grilled like.. dry, no sauce.. to our surprised, not only were the shrimp not grilled but came in a bowl, in a sauce.. almost like a stew.. nope.. Next.. Tamarindo martini.. the tamarind flavor was layered under the regular lime frozen mix.. but it was so frozen I couldn't even sip on it.. matter of fact, it blocked my straw and it was very hard to drink.. so I let is melt for a while before even touching it.. The rest of our order was ok.. fried battered shrimp for my son.. shrimp were good, not overcooked.. grilled oysters topped with crab, shrimp, chorizo and bell peppers and hella cheese.. nope! I had no business ordering such blasphemy.. I'll stick to raw oysters.. Bill was about $100 and didn't even enjoy this visit.. sorry, won't be coming back..

I walked in and waiting a few minutes to be greeted as no one was in the hosting area . After several employees saw us one of them finally came to sit us down . I ordered 2 micheladas with modelo they had way to much Clamato was missing the spice and salsa inglesa I give those a 2/10 however the appetizers which were tostada de camarón ( shrimp on a crispy tortilla) and calamari those were the truth… yummy 😋 calamari was nicely fried to a golden crisp I could taste the salt n pepper seasoning cooked pieces of onions and jalapeños slices for added flavor the dipping sauce gave a freshness to it while still maintaining the hint of spice. 10/10 for entree I ordered the molcajete mar y Tierra because it had a variety of different things such as ( thin steak , chicken pieces , bacon wrapped shrimp , fried fish , fried cheese , thin sliced cactus pieces ) I will say the fish was nice n flaky juicy cooked well. The fried cheese was good as well . The service was good they checked on us regularly I was hoping they would pick up the plates and cups after a refill but they never did so are table was full of dirty plates and silverware cups , other than that I really enjoyed it .

This was a new place for us that we'd been wanting to try out. I really wanted to like it, but the food just wasn't doing it for me or my wife. We had: -Micheladas with Pacifico - very good. Recommend -Coctel Vuelve a la Vida - the flavor wasn't there. It felt like it needed more seasoning/ spice and lime. The shrimp and octopus were good, but the oysters were bad/off. -Fried Shrimp - this was ok. The breading on the shrimp was clumpy and very hard in some spots. Overall, the flavor was good, though. I ordered a salad and shrimp fried rice as the sides. The salad had no dressing, although I don't remember if the menu stated it came with dressing or not. The rice was flavorless. I'm not sure if they were having an off day (considering the 4.4 rating on Google reviews) or if this is the norm, but I don't know that I'll return anytime soon. Besides the food, we loved the atmosphere and the service was great! So, maybe a second chance is in order. I'll update here if/ when I go back. Salud!

The complain is not even about the food is about the customer service they have they told us the waiting time was about 30 to 40 minutes and they left them there about an hour and a half and we kept asking if they were still going to have a long waiting because all the tables I am on site were empty and there was only like two or three tables with people on the other side and they wouldn’t even sit us down and they called a manager and I asked the manager and he had an ugly attitude he was being very disrespectful and he Even mention that the cooks that They have there are not capable to cook Four a large amount of people thank he was being so disrespectful screaming And then we try to order oysters and they told us they didn’t have any oysters we try to order And the girl told us they didn’t even have any so what this point we Astor OK what do you have in the menu when she tells us to read the menu and I told her well I really read the menu when I tell you what I want it but you seem not to have anything...
