I come here sometimes if the line at Starbucks is too long and usually I have no problems. Today I came through and ordered a simple iced coffee, which I had to repeat at least 3 times because the lady could not understand me. Why would you put someone on drive-thru if they can't understand the customers? I mean, I know everyone starts somewhere but the language barrier there was huge and unnecessary. I know I said "iced" twice and she still had to ask at the end if I wanted it hot or cold. (That painfully long ordering process should have guaranteed a correct order) It came out hot, even though I said ICED twice and told her I wanted it cold. So, of course I had to pull forward to wait for the right item to be made. Now, this new lady walks out just dragging her feet and moving at the slowest pace she could muster. Hands me my drink doesn't say a word and goes to walk away. I had no straw so I ask if she had one to which I think she rolled her eyes but I'm not positive, then headed back towards the building somehow moving slower than she had before. At this point I had had enough and I left with a frown and without my straw.
I would like to note, however, there is always this one guy at the second window that has excellent customer service and is always smiling. He's probably the one redeeming employee in that whole...
Read moreTHEY OMITTED THE SAUSAGE !! I used to REALLY like the Susage Egg and Cheese biscuit, until I went about a month ago and I noticed that there is about HALF of the sausage patty there used to be. Now I can't taste the sausage really at all, and the egg, biscuit and cheese completely overtake this sandwich. And I will not pay extra for a second piece of sausage so it will taste the same as it did before. I have not been back since. McDonalds has effectively made it to where I will never eat there again. I wanted this for breakfast but then I remembered they have ruined it to where it does not taste the same. Thay have already raised the sandwich to close to $5, and I am not going to pay to add ingredients that used to be there. It's not about money - it's about taste. They killed it. I had noticed them do this with their regular cheeseburgers - a lot smaller patty and the bun leaves about 1/2" all the way around with no meat, but when you catually get to the meat - the burger is "close enough" Well it aint like that with the Sausage egg and cheese Biscuit - that paty is THIN THIN THIN. And this is a DEALBREAKER. Ruin the taste and I'm out. They are not even cheap anymore so they needed to at least taste right. Wendy's Old Ladt came back from the dead to say "Where's...
Read moreI came into order. Some, not all, McDonalds don’t have Double Homestyles, so I went in to order. I waited, then the manager told me to order at the kiosk. I tried to explain to him that I don’t believe I can order what I want at the kiosk. The kiosks don’t allow you to order a second patty on the same sandwich customization. Normally I must explain this. The manager just walked off without even attempting to listen. He couldn’t care less about customers in the dining room/walk-in.
Luckily, this location does offer Double Homestyles (I found it on the kiosk), stopping me from giving the manager an earful about it.
Another man walked in and also received no service just like me. Turns out, he can’t read English and so I, as a customer, had to do the employee’s job and help this guy, from the kindness of my heart, order his small soda otherwise he was never going to be able to get it ordered. Glad I could help him unlike the jerk employees at this location.
Then I got my sandwich. The sandwich was unmistakably McDonald’s messy, so my fingers were all up in it as I ate it, but it was hot and fresh.
The worst part tho, they have these nasty black, fat, gnats flying around the lobby. They were so fat they could...
