Unfortunately bad review, the staff was nice and helped me , manager was awful and unprofessional, the manager had tattoos in his arms unfortunately I don’t recall his name but the gentleman was rude and disrespectful, ordered a milkshake and a cookie from the front door not drive thru, the manager looked already pissed because “why is he taking orders here and not drive thru ?” When taking my order did not even greet or asked how was it going , understood everybody can have a bad day so I let it go, ordered and payed didn’t received a receipt, nor I was asked if I wanted to, another costumer comes by and ordered double cheeseburger and fries , that surprisingly came before my order ; to make a milkshake it takes an arm movement on the icecream machine , and for the cookies they are already pre packed so they just need to grab it from the counter, all of this took 20 minutes just because the manager that day would’ve rather had served the driving thru orders rather than walk ins, the gentleman receiving the double cheeseburger before than me made it clear that I was before and I should’ve received my order first, but the staff didn’t acknowledge it, I had to ask an employee to grab my shake and a cookie for me after 25 minutes of standing in the front , manager careless and rude , hope corporate does something...
Read moreI went to this location last night to get a milk shake at the walk up window. After 5 minutes of employees walking past and ignoring me someone finally took my order and walked away. I figured it would be quick. However more and more time went by and still no shake as they were giving other people orders that had arrived after me and telling me to wait when I asked on an ETA. At the same time someone brought a baby that all the employees ran out of the restaurant to greet and were throwing it in the air (I wish I was kidding). Around the same time a group ordered some shakes that were also not being made. Me and this group waited over 30 minutes. When I complained again they brought the manager who I had already asked multiple times about my order and he acted like he had never seen me or taken my order. Instead of of fixing the situation and making me a shake he told me to wait and walked away. The same thing happened to the group that was waiting with me. Read moreI had the worst experience you could ever have at this location I had got into a verbal altercation with a manager at night who whistled at me because he was trying to get my attention because I couldn't hear him when he was calling me to retrieve my order after informing him that it was disrespectful to whistle at me like a animal he got upset and told me he didn't care I didn't hear him when he was calling me so that it was okay to whistle at me so the situation escalated quick after exchanging words we almost got into a physical altercation I kept my composure ended up receiving my order and leaving I really need a district manager or a corporate manager to contact me because of the situation I'm very uncomfortable with eating at this location anymore and my kids love Peter's but because I know that I will take things to another level I tried to keep from going to that location but it's right around the corner from my house please get back in contact with me ASAP this is a very important matter and issue that needs...
