Visited in Jan 2024 only to play pickleball. Free parking adjacent to the courts. 6 outdoor courts total, 3 with permanent PB nets and 3 with portable PB nets. The 3 permanent nets were used for King (or challenger) courts ie winning pairs stayed. The other 3 nets were used for Open Play ie win/split win again/off. Our first visit was a late weekday morning and it was crowded, mostly young players college age into 30s very good players who mostly waited to play King courts for competition. Weaker players were “suggested” to move to Open Play courts, kinda ticked my wife off but didn’t bother me (full disclosure we are good players but in our 60s so…). Had some good matches once we found our place. No usable restrooms (the one there not functioning and a drug den don’t even try). If you are looking for more chill open play outdoors suggest the Austin Tennis Center...

Paddle stacks were interesting: 2 courts had 8 pairs waiting to sub in, Winners stayed while losing pair leaves, 1 court was 4 on and 4 off. The other 3 courts had soccer game...Wednesday nights? So many people waited for 30-40 minutes-got 1 game and lost then they left. Games were to 11 which should be shortened to 9 if you have so many waiting. Level of play was 3.0 to 4.25...needless to say the 4.25's played...
