Our awful experience at Parmer & 734. Fried rice was super dry as if sitting out for long time. Forgot sauce for teriyaki chicken. Forgot large egg rolls. When i sent my son bk for rest of the order. I called to inform my son was in route for remaining of our order. Spoke to the girl by name Jenny did not want to give me corporate ph number. Her attitude was awful and continued to try to argue saying it was fresh and oh well as she spoke to other employees during our conversation. I dont know how to upload pics of our order. Plain awful experience. Iv ordered from tech ridge location and they have always completed my order correctly. I always order 2 family meals and techrigde hands down is great. I pay over 50 dollars everytime I order even as a guest before signing up. I chose this location as its literally 1 block from my home. Id rather drive the mile and some to techridge for great food and positive attitude employees. Yall have serious power trip and bad attitude employees at parmer and 734. Im so disappointed I had to feed my family such awful food and had to wait for my son to run back for rest of the order and him to be treated as if he was a begger for soy sauce and still forgot to give him teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. They gave us 5 pks of soy sauce for 2 family meals. I can only say if this is how they treat customers. I will definitely find elsewhere to feed my family. Im so...
Read moreI usually go to this drive-thru less PanEx just because of it's proximity to my house and usually as a lunch quickie/post grocery shopping exhaustion nom.
I have never had service issues here, usually the gals behind the counter are quick and courteous and I am in and out in literally under 5mins. I almost prefer that it doesn't have a drive-thru because I have never had an incorrect order here, even when I use the app to pre-order my food for pickup.
Though, on my most recent visit, I went right before closing and was not even greeted. I stood there waiting for them to take my order, but the staff were too busy joking around w/each other to acknowledge my existence. I also saw the scraggly remains of the chow mein and the heat-lamp stale orange chicken and decided to save myself from General Tso's revenge to try my luck another day. I am hoping the sub-par service was a one-off and not a trend.
So word to the wise...never go 20mins or less before close and expect fresh or even...
Read moreThe young lady served me honey walnut shrimp. She scooped the shrimps and I noticed there were two shrimps left in the pan. I politely asked if I could have the two shrimps as well. Employee told me I couldnʻt because of the companyʻs policy of exactly seven pieces of shrimp they can serve. I said ok, and inquired on what would become of the two shrimps. Employee said they would just throw them away. And I continued, asking if that was the last batch of shrimp for the day. And she replied yes. And the manager standing next to her confirmed all of the above. I would like to say that wasting food and staying rigid to late night customers on a Sunday night with no other client inside is just appalling. I think that is not good practice. But donʻt worry, you have not lost a customer because I canʻt lie on this review and say I wonʻt come back. Yes I will come back, and will be on the lookout for any sign of change...
