How in the actual hell is this store still open? The worst employees ever and they only get worse and more intoxicated. We're still owed money on 2 pizzas that cost us 45 dollars! And the driver showed up gacked out, chewing her face, could not understand a word out of her 4 teeth. She just mumbled and kept fidgeting and grabbing out at me for money. It was 3 hours late, after calling the store 15 times to remind them. They'd forgotten to make the pizzas but took the debit card payment immediately. Then the cracker driver wanted cash, saying that it didn't say paid on the receipt! I tried showing her the online order but she wasn't having it. Mumbling that she ain't leaving without money or give the pizza back. So I gave her the cold ass, like "refridgerated cold", smooshed pizzas that were 3 hours old, the wrong order entirely, and already cost us 45 bucks! I tried calling back about 20 times in the next 2 days, finally going to the store. Guess what? They told us there was no record of our purchase and that nobody that fits the delivery driver description works there. đ I promptly gave her a printed copy of our order, printed copy of our bank statement, and a printed copy of our lawyers phone number. We argued for 20 minutes about the whole horrendous deal and she hands us two expired coupons for a med 1 topping pizza. đ We declined and asked again for a credit back to our account since we never got our pizza and wasted 3 days and all of my patience. All the while, reminding her of the gory details like forgetting to make it( she says there was no order), sending a 3 hour late and incoherent mess to our door with at least that old of pizzas that were not at all what we ordered and having to call for 2 hours just to be told they "forgot" and it would be right there, then having them unplug the phone for the rest of the night and next two evenings, apparently staffing zero adults or managers at all during the day when someone did answer....just to have her play this game with us that she/they are genuinely going to lose because I brought printed proof! (I totally expected them to deny the order seeing as they didn't give us a receipt and they were liars from the start, so you better believe I was as prepared as I could be) She was so condescending to both my husband and I and kept outright laughing at us when she ran out of excuses. First it was we can't refund your money because we have no record of it and she dared ask me for a receipt! Then it was that she did not have that kind of authority. (smell that bullst?) And then the coupons that were expired and not nearly a refund but rather an insult. Then she gave us her area managers number ( and of course when I called 3 days later to inquire about the status of our refund, this dude didn't know anything about anything đ€) Then when we asked what good another phone number would do us when the standard for Pizza hut is obviously to hire assh*s that refuse to answer phones, she promised our refund would be given right away, barring the usual hold up with the bank. Cuz they absolutely take it from your account before you're even done keying your pin in, but the reverse action somehow takes 7-10 frickin business days!!! (And there's always a holiday wedged in that time frame, too, lol) Right away, because it turns out she was the "area manager" after all! Lying, no good, yellow bellied, lilly livered irresponsible slacking ass, self entitled, greedy bastards! We got a partial refund in the end from them but we'd already talked to our bank and reversed the charges upon investigation. Basically they robbed us AND gave us trouble for not just letting it go! The worst part is that we used to love Pizza hut back home in the Pacific Northwest but now we will never support or spend a penny on their services again. I ordered a big dinner box with the pasta chicken Alfredo, cheese sticks, fries on the side, pepperoni pizza for my first choice and pepperoni with jalapeñoâs for my second choice. I also ordered a Mountain Dew. On check out I chose the âno contact deliveryâ âleave at doorâ and in the comments I specifically stated âdo not knockâ After I placed the order the store called me stating I MUST ANSWER THE DOOR because I needed to sign the receipt to make sure my order was received âbecause itâs company policyâ The guy begin to argue with me after I told him that I have always done contact less delivery to leave at my door with no issue and now all the sudden I am obligated to sign the receipt. I finally felt forced to agree with him so the call ended. The order gets here and the lady who delivered my food called me and VERY RUDELY that my food is ready at my door and needed to make sure I got my order before she left as if she was the police. I did not argue back with her grabbed my food went inside and realized the not even my 2 liter Mountain Dew soda was not even delivered it was missing after I had already paid for it and itâs on my receipt. I called the store again and the call was immediately answered by what it seemed to be an unprofessional young individual male, no name was given nothing it was answered as âPizza Hut wells branchâ with an attitude as if he did not want to be there. I explained that my 2liter Mountain Dew was missing and he said âalright it will be there in 40-50 mins to re-deliverâ He did not ask me my name, no receipt number, phone number or nothing like how did know where the F to send it and who I am? And this around maybe 9:30-10pm and I waited for my drink and next thing you know 12am and it was never delivered! Everything was so messed up from beginning to end and unprofessional! First off I do not need to sign a receipt because the option to have contactless delivery and leave at door is online at check out!!! If I am required to sign the receipt then take that false advertisement off on your website. And again my Mountain Dew never came to my door. The customer service was very subpar as well.    Read moreI don't usually put a review on places unless it's a positive experience, but today I had the WORST experience with customer service and the order wasn't even for me! First I ordered for an older woman, who isn't able to order for herself. I called this store to order and I was told the order would be $20.99 which was all the cash she had so fine. I hung up after placing the order. Then I received a text message from door dash (please note I did not call door dash at any point) that said the total amount of the order would be $29.54. I explained this to the older lady who asked me to cancel the order until she could go and ensure she had the additional cash. I called the store again and canceled the order. 20 minutes later after, the older woman had already placed a new order, she recieved the first order that we believed was canceled. I called the store, first they explained that door dash charges a fee. I stated I did not order via door dash. The gentleman put me on hold for 10 minutes, he then returned and stated that sometimes pizza hut uses door dash when they are short staffed. Strike 1! I explained to him that I did not order though door dash so a. I should not have to pay a fee, b. That order had been canceled, and c. I should not have to call door dash to cancel when I only ordered though pizza hut and it should be pizza huts responsibly to call and cancel door dash if they use them when they are short. He continued to blame door dash for the error and said I should call them. I then explained that I was not calling them because I didn't even know door dash was involved. He then put down the phone and was speaking to his manager and said "this lady found a better deal, canceled her door dash order, and now is lieing to make sure she gets the cheaper price." Strike 2! I told him I could hear what he was saying. Meanwhile, the door dash driver left with the first food order. He again told his manager I was lieing to keep both orders. When I told him I could hear him yet again, he hung up on me! Strike 3!
