Disappointing experience and incorrect order. I am writing to express my disappointment with the overall experience I had at this Taco bell location on July 11, 2023. I went to this place an order a vegetarian cheese burrito at the drive thru. However upon further inspection, I discovered that my burrito contained beef. As a vegetarian, it is essential for me to have confidence in the accuracy of my food orders, especially when it comes to avoiding meat products. I specifically mentioned my dietary preference to the team member whose name was Isaac. He took my order emphasizing my need for a cheese burrito without any meat. Unfortunately the final product did not align with my explicit request, leaving me deeply unsatisfied and concerned about the quality of service at this establishment. Not only was there a clear violation of my dietary requirements, but the incident also caused inconvenience and potential health risks. Consuming meat goes against my ethical beliefs and has far-reaching implications concerning personal values and dietary restrictions. Read morePulled up to this location at 9:45 pm with my 5 yr old son after getting in late from a school function. When I pulled up to a parking spot two customers were walking out. The male employee wearing the headset saw me from the front counter and ran to lock the doors. So I walk to the door to checkout the closing time. Clearly says 10pm. So I knock at the door until the same employee finally comes to open the door saying that the inside is closed. Again it's 9:45, and I'm not even trying to dine in. I just want to come in get a good look at the menu and order my food without holding up the drive thru. The male employee goes on to tell me that the manager doesn't speak English. So I tell him that I don't care she manages you and this store could you go get her so that I can speak with her. The manager finally comes I tell her about the incident from the time I pull in and how the employee ran to lock the door. Whether she understood me or not I'm not sure. But after I expressed myself to her she waved for me to come in. But at that point I didn't even trust them to make my food the way that they were going about the whole situation. BUT today we went through the drive-thru and the person kept mumbling and it was hard to hear them especially with the noise from the highway, and if I asked them to repeat themselves they would be super rude or the “manager” lady would get on and basically yell. At the window, the guy seemed nice at first but kept making rude passive aggressive comments about how much food we got, (which was only 4 items… and the total cost was $11…) when we got home with our food, one of the items (the most expensive item) was missing so my husband called and told them that it was missing at which point the same “manager” lady got on and told him he was lying (which he wasn’t) and that he was just trying to steal money from them when he asked for a refund.
