Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Austin

Have ordered pizza from here several times. First time many months ago the pizza arrived burnt. Called to tell them, got rude employees, one of which sounded like he was on drugs at the time. The manager "made it right" by exchanging the pizza which arrived SURPRISE....burnt! They gave me a free pizza for another time because I refused to order again. My mistake, I did order again months later and got the ultimate cheese. The pizza showed up missing cheese on about 3 slices of pizza. I called to ask where the cheese was and was treated horribly by yet another rude employee who couldn't even answer the phone with a hello. After asking "so I take it you want us to remake your pizza" and telling me "we will insist you give the other one back so have it ready"...like getting what I paid for was a bother and/or like I was some sort of scum bag for even asking they brought me a new pizza. Once again the second pizza was missing cheese on several slices. I called Victor the store manager again for the third time in 4 months who insisted there was just no way since all of his employees were trained that they would behave like that. JUST LIKE he insisted the person on the phone the time before wasn't high/drunk when he asked me my order 3 times, called me back to ask me again & slurred every word out of his mouth. He set me up again with a "free" (as they call it) pizza which in my opinion cannot possibly be considered free considering the hassle to get it. Victor, the manager at this location is in SERIOUS denial about not only his managerial skills but his employees who obviously have zero respect for him as it seems they act like jerks behind his back. This will be the last and final time I ever order from a Pizza Hut restaurant as long as I live and I will do my best to persuade all of my friends to go elsewhere as well. It seems no matter which location I visit I can't catch a break, before we moved here we ordered a pizza that showed up with raw dough. You can't win for losing with Pizza hut it seems!

UPDATE: Ordered my "free" replacement pizza and after being on hold 15 minutes then hung up on they finally decided to honor the credit the manager forgot to add to my account. Ordered the pizza at 6:23 the pizza arrived at 8:04pm and they tried to charge me for it. They got "approval" not to charge me for it and my kids are now eating their ice cold pizza. I went to this Pizza Location. I noticed my pizza was slightly undercooked. I didn't complain at first because it wasn't such a huge issue. Plus i was waiting for my ride. But when i got home i started to notice other things wrong with my order . I bought the Mini Cinnamon buns . They were cooked right but i had a long thick hair underneath one of my buns . I already eaten like two of them, so when i got to the one with the hair i gaged and almost threw up. I ordered 6 piece hot wings a couple of them were burnt so they didn't even look right to eat. I was so disappointed. My total order was 43.14 . I had bought a big order and other sides. Yet majority of what i bought i couldn't eat because of the condition of the food. Me and my kids were disappointed and hungry. I called back but nobody was picking up the phone. I called the next day and talked to the manager. He was nice and offer me a partial credit for pick up. I wanted a partial refund . He told me no unless a bring the food back. I told him i couldn't do it. Some was already eaten . I confirmed my receipt with him then asked if he could do a partial credit delivery he agreed. Im glad he was being nice a gave me a partial credit . But it still to much money to have to pay for them to get it right the first time And yes i paid for delivery cost and a tip. Decided to call customer service to get a refund. When I received my pizzas, they tasted sour and not fresh in the slightest. I order from Pizza Hut regularly and have never experienced them taste so foul before. I contacted the store and told them about my experience and asked for a refund because the pizzas were inedible. I was told to bring the pizzas back in order to get a refund. So I did just that. However, when I got to the store, the manager began arguing with me about how the ingredients were fresh and that they would not be able to process a refund for me…yet she confiscated the pizza I brought back. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the GM to get back from delivery in order for him to be able to refund me.
