I had the pleasure of being served by Chanel during my recent visit to Twin Peaks, and I must say, she truly made the experience unforgettable.
Atmosphere: The Twin Peaks vibe is always energetic and fun, but what really stood out this time was Chanel's welcoming and friendly demeanor. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel like valued guests. Her genuine enthusiasm for her job was immediately evident, which made the overall atmosphere feel even more relaxed and inviting.
Service: Chanel went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. She was quick to answer questions about the menu, providing helpful suggestions when we were undecided. Not only did she make excellent recommendations, but she also checked in with us at the perfect intervals, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering.
Her attentiveness was especially appreciated when I mentioned I had a food allergy. Chanel took the time to confirm with the kitchen, ensuring that my meal was prepared safely and without any issues. Her attention to detail in this regard made me feel truly cared for, which is something I don’t always experience at restaurants.
Personality: Chanel’s personality was another highlight. She was incredibly friendly and chatty in the best way possible. While she was efficient and professional, she also made time for small talk, which made us feel like we were more than just another table. She clearly enjoys connecting with her customers and her positive energy was infectious.
Food & Drink Service: Our food arrived at just the right temperature, and Chanel timed our drink refills perfectly—never too soon and never too late. She was always on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed, from napkins to extra sauces, without us having to ask. When the food came out, she made sure everything was to our liking, and even offered to bring us extra sides without us having to request them.
Overall Experience: Chanel turned what could have been a routine meal into a memorable experience. The combination of her outstanding service, friendly personality, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience at Twin Peaks. It's rare to find a server who truly goes the extra mile, but Chanel certainly does. She made us feel like we were her top priority, and that kind of service is worth noting.
If you find yourself at Twin Peaks, I highly recommend requesting Chanel if you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience. Her dedication to providing exceptional service really sets the bar high, and I will definitely be back to enjoy her...
Read moreWent here to watch the game with my fiancé. We were sat and a girl came to take our order after about 10-15 minutes. Before she even said anything I informed her that I only had my ID in my digital wallet because I left it at a resort cabana that afternoon. She looked at it and it was clearly me and it clearly said I was well over 21 but she said she couldn’t take it. But I was like whatever. I’ll just drink my fiancés. So he ordered a beer and was NEVER ID’d. She didn’t ask any questions or bat a single eye. She just brought him a beer. I took a single drink and she walked by and immediately turned around and didn’t say two words to us. She went straight to her manager. The manager came out with an attitude and threatened us. Said that she was about to get off but told the entire staff to kick us out if I drank his drink again. No warning, with hella attitude. So we were like cool. That was rude. Let’s go. Had to wait an another 15 minutes or so just to get the check. Then we paid for the one beer and as we were waiting, we saw the waitress talking about us. She was whispering and having a conversation with her coworker then nodded in our direction and her co worker starting staring us down. Then another girl came and she looked at us too. You can clearly tell when someone is talking about you. All because they didn’t want to take my ID that I had to physical have to upload into my digital wallet. IT WAS NOT A PICTURE OF IT!!! Maybe girls are treated unfairly here. I’m not sure. I would have understood if they had asked for my fiancés ID as well, but they didn’t and then wanted to be rude and start talking about us and being childish. I was probably older than every single one of those little girls. We left and went to elsewhere to watch the game. The place was 21 and up at the door. They asked me information on my ID and let me in with...
Read moreWish I could leave less than one star. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to get some dinner here. They told us to sit wherever, so we sat on the patio. All of the open tables were dirty. We just chose one and waited for a waitress to come so we could have someone clean it. But a waitress did not come. We sat there for approximately 15 minutes, before I decided to go inside to inquire if we could get some service. I approached the hostess stand to see 4 separate waitresses standing there talking. They looked at me like I was interrupting. I said “hey, we’ve been sitting out there (points to patio) for awhile and haven’t been helped at all.” She responds: “where are you sitting?” I point again to the patio and she says “okay I’ll send someone out”. I return to the table and a few minutes later a waitress shows up and we ask if someone can clean the table. She says that she’ll send someone out to do it. A few minutes after that, a man comes out with a spray bottle and rag and begins cleaning the empty table behind us. He then begins to walk away back towards the inside, so we wave and ask if he can please clean our table. He looked at us extremely confused. He continued to stare at us before my husband offered to spray the table himself. The bus boy then sprayed the table and very slowly cleaned it. Maybe he was stoned? It was so weird. We then sit there for at least another 5 minutes and no waitress ever returns. Throughout this whole time, there are different waitresses helping the tables around us. Nobody seems to have a section. All in all 25-30 minutes waiting without even getting waters. Some of the worst service...
