My favorite thing about this location (Stassney) is a gentleman named Sylvester. His manners are impeccable. His happy attitude is infectious. He will ask you how you are and when you ask the same of him, he will always say "today is the best day of my life". If you are speakjng with him for the first time it may come across as a gimmick or something but I have been coming here for 4 months now and it is always the best day of his life. I love it when he is attending the window.
My second favorite thing about this place is their hot and fresh doughnuts. I bring the kids for a special treat as an award for good behavior or an A on the report card etc...
This location appears to get a lot of business but I have never had to wait in line. Not once. The staff are super friendly.
I'm unimpressed by their kolaches. But honestly, who goes to a doughnut house for a kolache? Their espresso drinks could be better but I will keep coming anyway simply because of this Sylvesyer gentleman.
Sylvesyer, if you happen to see this review, I just want you to know that you always make my day. I am too shy to say this to you in person at the window. When we drive off, I always tell my kids that THAT is the way good manners are supposed to be. Maybe some day I will let my shy guard down and ask you why today is the best day of...
Read moref I could give zero stars, I would. I come here a lot , and while the manager is kind , one of the employees, Sara, is consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve tried to de-escalate by walking away or asking for someone else to help me, but her behavior doesn’t improve. She’s dismissive toward customers and even toward the manager. The manager truly tries, but Sara clearly does not care about customer service or representing this business in a positive way. She literally walked towards me an aggressive way and says she doesn’t care about the job so I’m not Sure, if Krispy Kreme is aware of her, but if you read the reviews, you would see exactly what I’m talking about these employees as a whole I don’t feel like they’re gonna be held accountable for their actions and how they treat people remember the way you treat people it could be anybody it could be your auntie your mom your dad, your sister your brother be careful how you’re treating one another is not a good representation of Krispy Kreme and that’s why it is bad reviews. Sara does not need to work there any longer and she’s putting the manager in the middle of everything but at the end of the day the manager needs to stand for what’s right right is right and...
Read moreUpdate: same still stands but there is a very unfriendly woman there that looks like she hates working there. She is dark skin and has a large build. While I waited in line she came 3 times to put a bottle onto the fridge and interrupted everyone's conversation. She then went behind the counter and asked what we wanted and I told her I would take one of those Apple Fritters that are coming out fresh. She said "those are for somewhere else" and proceeded to put a cold Apple fritter into a bag from the display so I stopped her and told her to forget it. I asked someone else that was there and he happily gave me what I wanted without any issues so...? There is something wrong with that woman as I had never had any issues with getting fresh donuts. Her whole attitude was unpleasant and un-inviting. Everyone else working there was nice so this worker was worth pointing out as it just ruins a customers experience. I am removing one star since it's beyond me how you hire someone with that attitude.
3 yr Old review (4 star): Free sample when you walk in! The place is nice and the doughnuts are really good. The problem is they are like eating a cloud so you eat a lot and then realize you've eaten more than...
