Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Austin

I’m always in here and I love the baristas. My order isn’t super difficult but it has a lot of “x parts this, y parts this, z parts that” so I know it can be annoying, but they almost never make it wrong. In fact I’ve only had it made wrong twice, both by the same barista. I believe her name is Kat. Whenever I get my drink from her (always the same drink, never modified differently) it almost tastes burnt. The first time I watched her leave the milk boiling/frothing the entire time she was warming up/bagging my pastries and it smelled like slightly it was burning then. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t actually taste it until I got in my car and was going to work, and I didn’t have time to go back in and get it fixed. Today was the second time, someone else picked it up for me and brought it to me and it tasted burnt again. I immediately asked who the barista was and the description matched the same one who messed up my drink last time! I’m really disappointed because this location is VERY convenient for me and I’ve only been let down like this twice. I ordered food this morning I told them extra toasted for my bagel over the phone after I made my mobile order then they simply didn't get it right the 1st time. So I asked kindly of they can do it again they just gave me an attitude about it. Especially the guy with the facial hair and glasses idk his name but he got annoyed with me because I asked if he can retoast it for me the right way. Simple follow directions what the customer wants just don't assume and certainly don't get annoyed and have an attitude with them if you messed up there order! This the last time I'm ever coming to this location I'm done with this location.

Plus they messed up my drink as well.. I would leave no stars...

Disappointed with the lack of flexibility

I arrived at this Starbucks inside the Target location at 8:00 PM, just 30 seconds past closing, even though the map shows it closes at 9 PM. The staff member was polite but didn’t assist us, despite us being only slightly late. It’s frustrating when published hours are misleading, and a little flexibility in such situations would have been appreciated.
