Starbucks — Restaurant in Austin

This review is specifically for the person taking orders today (I also think she was taking orders for the drive thru). She has glasses, shorter hair that was darker in color. I had already placed my order for pickup and I wanted just a little bit more creamer. The baristas were busy and there were 4 people waiting for drinks. As a courtesy I went to ask the woman I’m describing for a mini cup of heavy cream because there was no one in line inside. She just looked at me like I was dumb and didn’t say a word. Then walked to the baristas and looked at me again and said you know you can just ask the baristas next time. When she handed me the cup I said thank you so much and she didn’t say a word. If you work in customer service, an attitude isn’t appropriate. I very much felt like I was a burden/annoyance and as a customer I shouldn’t feel that way. @management please talk to this person about her attitude...

I visited Starbucks on Thursday and was excited to inquire about their decaf options, as I'm pregnant and trying to cut back on caffeine. Unfortunately, the young lady taking orders was quite rude when I asked for information. It was disappointing, especially since I was just trying to satisfy a craving.

However, this morning my husband suggested Dutch Bros and my experience at Dutch Bros was a complete turnaround. The barista was incredible! She took the time to share all the decaf options available and really listened to what I was craving. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference. I left feeling satisfied and happy.

It’s a reminder of how important great customer service is. I hope Starbucks can improve in this area, as the experience can truly make or...

Just like any Starbucks that I have ever been to, my order tasted as expected so the differences really come to how the atmosphere is inside. If you like to go to Coffee Shops to study or just take your time drinking your coffee then this place is great.

There is a drive through which flows at average drive through pace but I recommend just going in and sitting down if you have the time or if the drive thru line is too long!

The design inside looks awesome and there are plenty of seats and stools. There is, of course, fast Wi-Fi. I do recommend a croissant and a coffee or hot cocoa, make sure you ask them to heat up the croissant though! Most of the baked goods they sell taste better warm than cold :D
