4/14/2018 I waited about 20 minutes for ice tea because an employee “lost” my ice tea. Finally I asked for a refund and they handed me a drink they “thought” was mine. Left the store angry only to find out, the drink was not sweet like we had discussed. I had to return to the store yet again to return the drink and get a refund.
This whole ordeal took about 45 minutes of my time (on a Saturday my only day off) and I ended up leaving Starbucks empty handed because their employees are so incompetent. They seem to think it’s funny that they make people spend their Saturdays waiting on their disorganization. They are just lazy and pathetic.
Nobody at Starbucks wants to take any responsibility for their errors, they simply want to give you gift cards so you’ll keep coming back. I even emailed their customer support and they simply will not talk to the employees, just issue gift cards, which I find unacceptable. They need to address their problems and not just simply try to purchase customer loyalty.
Well I won’t accept any gift cards and I won’t be coming back to a Starbucks anytime soon because of this. I will no longer spend any of my money at Starbucks and I urge you all to...

When you first enter the drive through lane run over the curb on the left with your left rear tire, becareful though its been hit a bunch and is jagged. Order your drink, make it strong your going to need to be focused. As they prepare your drink look at the 90° turn in front of you and wonder if your dually has that kind of steering angle in it. Take your drink and drive straight until your so close to the 9 foot brick wall in front of you that your right headlight no longer works and your parking sensors are warning you of an immanent crash. Power through, dont think of steering any earlier the the pretty yellow pole in the left will rip off your fender. Drive until your right front tire hits the curb and steer hard over for all you got, and see how much your steering pump hates you and how hard over your dually can turn. Read moreThis Starbucks is the only one I been too that don’t have good customer service, employees don’t know what they are doing most of the time, they don’t have good work ethic they get busy and take longer then they should and sometimes even rude, they had refused to even apply a coupon from my app that I had to call corporate to see if what they had told me was true and apparently they were wrong, they need serious improvement here, sadly I don’t like going to this one but have no choice cause it’s the only one close by my job and my house I shouldn’t have to go to another location just because they lack on service, we already pay over priced coffee just so we can get treated this way at least we can expect good customer service here, I’m usually not the type to complain and never had done it before but this is so out of line, I hope for improvement here.
