The young ladies on shift named Veronica are so polite and have great customer service. However, the managers that are on shift (which change) speak so negatively and talk down to the other employees and reprimand them in front of customers. Also, the managers have a extremely poor attitude towards customers. It’s really disappointing to see and personally experience such poor customer service when you’re trying to come into a food establishment to take a break from the heat, have a nice meal even if it’s just a sandwich. I would hope subway Would hold their employees to a higher standard and ensure the leadership and customer service the managers and other lead employees provide is better quality.
Also, the food half of the time especially lettuce and spinach is withered…
I understand many businesses and people are under a lot of pressure due to lack of employees…but businesses have gotten creative in helping support their teams and ensure good quality product and service is provided to their customers.
Please invest more time and resources to ensure your teams on site can provide better quality customer service…

I told him don't read it just handed to them and let them handled it so that you don't get it wrong because he always gets it wrong so there was no blame on him because he had no idea what I wanted. I asked for two handfuls of Olives I know it's extreme I don't mind paying extra it's what I like I'm the customer I should get my way. I asked for honey mustard and ranch my sandwich was dry as a bone. There were seven leaves of spinach on it. I didn't look for the receipt to call the store and realize that the cashier had failed to give my husband a receipt. When I called the store 2 report the issue, The Sandwich Artist to answer the phone failed to identify themselves and I was told that it was my husband's fault because he was there and he saw the sandwich being made and should have said something. I was also told that there was nothing she could do about it tonight that I would have to call back in the morning there was no way she could issue a refund and then hung up in my face. I called back twice with no answer. I will be calling in the morning speak with the manager and do a follow-up review thank you for your time...
Read moreWent in to a sandwich for my friend since we had just got pedi's. We got a whole steak and cheese and a half tuna with of all things honey mustard! He was going to drive Uber and take the sandwiches so he wouldn't have to stop later.
Well he changed his mind and called to say he feels like driving and was coming over. When he got there he warmed up the steak n cheese..I got a bite...it was steak n cheese.
Then I got a bite of the tuna...OMG, if you like tuna it was wonderful and the yucky honey mustard was Devine. It was a whole different experience I could've eaten his whole half but he was watching me enjoy it and throwing side eye vibes so I reluctantly handed him his sandwich. When I say I've been craving that flavor again it's an understatement. The veggies look so fresh and watched them make a salad bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, purple onions, banana peppers and some kind of chicken. It looked like something from a fancy restaurant not a sandwich shop, I told the guy ordering and telling what to add that it looked delish...he smiled and said it does doesn't it.
