First I want to start off with the experience I had a week ago. I went and ordered a quesadilla combo with no jalapeno cream sauce, and a order of cinnamon twist. They made my quesadilla wrong They didnt put in the cinnamon twist I paid for.
I called that same day and I spoke to someone named Jessie it was a woman. She said i could go back and get my order again. So i said okay thank you.
So then Today 10/5/2018
I went to back to Taco bell and let them know what i was ordering and i even added to that to pay for 2 meals. First they acted like they heard me wrong and just gave attitude when I was ordering. When i get to the window they told me that i need to speak to a manger next time that they didnt have a Jessie as a manager. This is a regular window person (as she quoted) so manger was not even taking care of problem. He was too busy he stated to and he also stated he could not be at 2 places at once. What a manager name Devin they have and this is a general manager they apparently have. What customer service kind is that? He was acting childish and dont know how to act to his customers. This all happened through the drive through. So the order I paid for he also didnt get it correct and they said have a nice day. No I didnt leave and got off and went inside to go speak to him as a adult what happened since beginning and why couldn't he hear me out. He jsust gave me a face like he was irritated and kept saying sorry I cant be at 2 places at once again. I told him I understand but you are a manager your customers come first no matter what. I am a retail store manager my self I know the what it is but for him to act like that is not professional at all. I spoke to him and told him can I get the right order I paid for? So he did but still with attitude.
I will be speaking to someone over him and get it clear to the public this is not a nice restaurant to go to the customer service is horrible. He didnt even say sorry after all this. I saw why he was making the excuse of why he couldn't attend me he was trying to hurry up and go home. Also when I had walked him he was saying out loud I dont care if I get fired, like really who puts this guy as a manager. Also for this Mario guy who is apparently manager as well needs to train his people right or get them out of there.
So if I was you try to pass this restaurant up if you dont want bad customer service and if you dont want your order wrong.
My last time I will be going to order food there. I hope they take this matter seriously and take action because it's not acceptable.

Read moreNever know what to expect here, but I can tell you that the majority of the time either the food is created incorrectly or there is a missing product from the order.
I work close and this is my go to spot for food when I am budgeting and because I like Taco Bell. Today when I went to get lunch, the place was pretty slow, only me and one other in the dining room. I placed my order and they immediately - the woman - who may have actually been wearing a manager shirt - started to make my food.
Right off I noticed, when she was making the crunch wrap slider, it stuck to the top of the grill causing it to open up and spill out all the contents. Now Ok, I know this is a $1 item and therefore not much too it, but I then saw her scrape a little back in the tortilla and then put in the bag with my order.
When I got my bag I opened it up and pulled that out straight away, it had like a tablespoon of all the ingredients in it - was mostly a tortilla - I didnt order a tortilla LOL.
So I asked that it be remade how it should have been and wooooaahhhh - thought I cut off her arm or something, she gave me a look of pure hatred. Look - I paid for it, I want what I paid for. I watched you do this, scrape it in there and then you expected me to take it home??? No- bad bad customer service. I understand the bottom line, inventory and such , but that was just ridiculous.
As for the rest of the order, definitely below average for even Taco Bell. So, this experience prompted to me actually put a review on Yelp. I have called a few times over the last years to report incorrect or missing product from my order and its just crazy.
I know it can be busy - this time it wasnt - but if you dont like your job - get another job. When you work in customer service, your job is to have good customer service skills and when you work for a company such as this, your food and you represent it.
I am not sure if its a training issue or just unlucky hiring folks who dont like or care about their job, but I think its time to get this fixed. Dont you? I know I cannot be the only one who has had issues with this location. I've been too other locations who are happy to work there and their product shows it.
The only saving grace in this location is the smiling happy woman who works the counter, an older lady who is a grandma. I wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition. She is basically the only reason I keep coming back spending my money here....

I ordered on my mobile app by 9am and arrived there at 9:17am the door wasn't open yet! Then I went to the drive through a lady said what do you want we're not ready, I said hi the door not open and it's after 9! again lady said we're not ready what do you want? I said I'm here to pick up my mobile order, then she said it's not her are you sure your order in this location? I said I'm sure then she said we're not ready! Then I said ok I'll be back in a few minutes, I parked in front of door then saw another car went to the drive through then came parked beside me after less than two minutes a young lady bring a bag for that car, then I moved again to the drive through I waited after a while same lady said I told you we not ready why you're here I said that car arrived after me and they got the food I thought you're ready she said no we're not! I said what should I do she said cancel it, I said I can't cause on the app says food being ready to pick up, she said it's not my problem! I said what you mean it's your job your problem accept it to be ready when I arrived 1st time! Then in a very ugly rude tone she said not my problem and go away! Then I said what? Why you're talking to me like that, she said don't yell you better go away or I'll call the cops! Then I said what? How you dare say that to me I paid money for pick up my food what kind of service is this? I asked her who's she? She said I'm no one go away from here! I said not going away and call the cops and I need to talk to the manager! She said manager not here! Then I waited There after 2 or 3 minutes another lady she's nice speaking said sir one of your orders the rice not ready do you want to replace it with potatoes and said yes whatever, then she said the other orders good move to next window! Then when I was waiting for my food I asked her who's the rude lady she said I don't know, I said I want to see the manager she said you can't sir! Then I guess the rude lady who told me I'll call cops on you was the manager! I honestly thinks about it and didn't trust to take my food from them I left it!
