Y’all… I just was looking for a little snack before work and what I got was a mind blowing experience.

I just ripped through the Texas Tater, topped with their perfectly smoked pulled pork in about 5 minutes. It was so good I couldn’t stop. Now my stomach is about to burst and I couldn’t be more happy about it. It was a GENEROUS helping of perfectly cooked baked potato, topped with some sweet melty cheese and piled high with that moist and delicious pulled pork.

I got my fiancée some Rib Tips for when she gets home from work but of course I had to sneak a lil taste for myself.. they were perfect. When I get home from work we are about to destroy that plate because once again it was such a generous helping I know for a fact she won’t be able to eat it all herself… and that’s 100% fine by me.

The brisket about had me about die and go to heaven when I tried it. My tastebuds were shocked and astounded by how right these guys do brisket. The seasoning, the juiciness, the tenderness.. I’m absolutely floored.

Finally I got a side of their bussin baked beans.. they were, in fact, bussin.

The Smokin' Shack is smokin y'all!!! The full five star rating is real and not just hype.

Now this is my type of trailer food truck! The service provided was phenomally outstanding! I cannot express enough about the delightful customer my lunch buddy Jimmy and I experienced here. The gentlemen who owns the place was very polite, ask us about our needs for condiments and more.

Now this isn't thr only five star food truck in this area. The place is kind of secluded so if you drive out here it right in there where the tire shop is located.

The seating area is very shaded ans they have isolating fans to help with the Texas heat.

Parking area is plentiful and shaded with some naturl tree over hang.

For the food I bought the Texas Tator with brisket and a six piece moist lemon pepper wings on the side.

My lunch buddy got the loaded nachos.

All the food was well prepared and delicious.

The brisket was moist and not dry. The wings were smoked, tender, and not dry at all.

This is my new go to spot for lunch now.

This place is relatively new, the owner stated they only been in this area for three months now.

I highly recommend you all give this place a try! So...

Okay, I have to rave about Smokin’ Shack BBQ—this place has some LEGIT BBQ! From the second we walked in, the owner made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first time. Dude was so welcoming and gave us the lowdown on what’s good—and let me tell you, he did NOT steer us wrong.

We went all in: ribs that were so tender, the meat just slid right off the bone. No joke, we barely had to touch it. And the smoked wings? Game. Changer. The Henny Honey glaze was sweet with just the right kick, and the Honey Hot Buffalo had that perfect balance of heat and flavor. You could taste the oak smoke in every bite—so freaking good!

Oh, we also had the Beans! Loaded with flavor, on the sweeter end and the kind of side dish you keep sneaking bites of even when you’re already stuffed. 😅
