Came to pick up a online order. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line, 5 minutes at the speaker box, and another 5 at the window. Never saw or spoke with a single employee. I even looped around to let the people behind me know so they wouldn't waste their time. The front of the store was still empty when I drove off. I have no idea who was running the store around 8:20 pm on 9/25/21, but you can't just hold up in the back, not answer the drive thru at all, and expect customers to wait. This isn't the first bad experience I've had here either. I've been 3 other times and only found the store open once. Customer service was horrible then. It's been about a year ago. I only volunteered to pick up the order tonight because I thought they had enough time to change. Apparently not. I won't be back and I don't recommend anyone else waste their time here either. Go to the one in Sunset Valley if you can. The night manager and drive thru guy there are super nice (and have their act together, you won't wait longer than maybe 5...

Last Saturday we placed an in-app curbside pickup order at this location to grab food for our kids before a long drive home only to arrive to a visibly open store, light were on, drive thru open, but no one was serving. There were two cars in the parking lot that I assume were employee vehicles because the doors to the dining room were all locked. Our order was processed, we waited. And waited and saw several cars pull up to the drive thru to place orders, a few honked, some drove up to the window, no one got any service the entire time we were there. We drove around and I though I saw a girl inside wearing the uniform, so my husband parked again and walked up to the window and knocked in it. No one ever answered. We tried calling. Nothing. It was like 6:15 PM on a Saturday for goodness sake. It’s not like we were right at closing time. So we had to drive away with hungry kids.

From the time I ordered until I was at the window to get my food was at least 5 minutes. Waited another 2-3 mins at the window before being asked to pull into a spot to wait. I asked “how long will it be” and I was told “about 1 minute.” 15 minutes later I went inside (thank you to the nice gentleman who let me cut in front of him to ask what was taking so long) and again I was told it would be about 1 minute longer. I understand the potatoes have a long cook time and can’t be cooked in a big batch and kept all day; which is why I asked how long my wait would be.
